Round Rock is a vibrant suburb within 20 minutes’ driving distance of eclectic neighboring Austin. Round Rock is a rapidly growing suburb for good reason, boasting numerous tech offices, recreational venues, shops, restaurants, and apartments within its city limits.
Round Rock is home to the Dell corporate headquarters, in addition to IBM and Samsung offices, providing job opportunities and short commute times for many residents. There’s plenty to see and do in Rock Round outside of work too. Attending Round Rock Express games at Dell Diamond stadium is a favorite local pastime, as well as perusing the great deals at Round Rock Premium Outlets and La Frontera Village. Old Settlers Park, Play for All Abilities Park, Memorial Park, and Meadow Lake Park provide ample opportunities for outdoor recreation in town as well.
The city is known for having a wide variety of fantastic restaurants, from delectable donut shops to fine international cuisine and everything in between.

-pest and snake issues - foundation issues and paper thin walls and floors. - poor communication, building fire alarm went off mode of night and middle of day almost daily for three months with no answers. - parking is terrible - no mail key or access to garage at move in for over a week.

I’ve been a Bexley resident for years, but unfortunately this is the one I’ve had the most issues with. Bexley RR looks nice with the wonderful unit finishes and lovely amenities. I was thrilled to move in. However, I have had to make pest control maintenance requests over the course of 3 months. I’m a clean person and have noticed that this pest issue not only affected my unit. It was evident on the halls of my floor and even on a different floor within my building. A separate - and related issue - is that I was price gouged when renewing my lease. After my fifth maintenance request to address the pests, I went to the front office to see if I could transfer my one bedroom lease to a two bedroom (which was the same rent price). The amazing front office staff (Brandi and Yesenia) did their best to address my concerns and told me I would be able to transfer my lease at the end of the month with no fees in addition to the special which included a free month of rent. Within a couple of days, they followed up to say that there was an error, and I would still have to pay the transfer fee. I was willing to take on that cost, understanding that errors happen. I received a notice to vacate, as is the policy to transfer to a different unit. I was notified AFTER receiving that message that I was no longer eligible to transfer to the unit because of the BUILDING-WIDE pest control issue. So now I’m locked in a lease with a pest issue that has been going on for months, after I was told they could accommodate a move. To make matters worse, I was given the runaround when I first inquired about an early termination lease fee, as it was left blank in my original lease renewal. It took speaking with multiple people to get something in writing to confirm how much it would cost for me to leave early. I’m simply disheartened and distraught. As a first time mother to be, I simply want a safe and clean space for my child. The staff, while kind and caring, can’t seem to remedy this issue. All I wanted was to relocate within the complex, but that doesn’t even seem possible at this point. If you have any suggestions on any other nearby apartments, I’m open to suggestions. If you’re looking to move to this complex, I just don’t recommend moving into building 4. That’s the only building that is facing this pest issue, as far as I’m aware. -Christina Sanchez

Rating this property w/5 stars is too high for the following reasons: 1) Parking is an issue. This complex does not have enough parking to accommodate its residents. Residents are forced to park on the street, or pay to park. Then, garages and carports are not available which means that you must go on a waiting list. There are security gates from the street entrance accessed by code. This means to me that the design of this complex was geared toward encouraging residents to pay to park. 2) There is no way to move into your apartment except to park in the fire zones. Again, parking is a problem and they will tow your car. 3) The parking spaces that are available are never accessible since most residents seem to never move their cars. 4) Residents should not hear their neighbors conversations or toilets flushing. I was pretty surprised to learn that the walls are this thin in a brand new complex.5) Pet fees are too high. There are other apartment communities with lower fees that are also brand new communities. Is the complex beautiful? Yes. Clean? Yes. Free of dog poop? Yes. Free of pests? Yes although I did see one bug. Friendly? Yes. Management is attentive and friendly? Yes. Maintenance staff prompt? Yes, but services are completed within 24 hours of your request if not an emergency. Building quiet? Yes, although you can hear your neighbors, but only when they are loud. It’s quiet overnight and early morning. Safe? Yes. Living here is temporary for me, but great for a college student.
This property is so gorgeous!! There are tons of amenities and floor plans. The entire staff was helpful when I called and toured! They event sent a follow up asking if I had any questions! I will definitely be checking here when I get ready to move later this year.

I may be relocating for work and decided to start looking for an apartment. Stopped by for a tour and the staff was extremely friendly! Lauren showed me a couple of the one bedroom options. The pool and fitness center were amazing! If I end up getting the job, I definitely think I'll rent here.

The staff at this property are so rude, nonchalant and very unprofessional. Too many complaints within a short time frame of moving here. The walls are too thin; you can almost hear your neighbor from your apartment, too many young college students with scary looking dogs, parking is another nightmare; you will have to rent a carport monthly to secure a designated parking spot, for the most part you will need to park on the main road and walk into the apartment complex. And above all the staff are TOO LAZY they careless about your concerns. I will not recommend this property for anyone seeking peaceful and quiet environment.

The apartment community is so nice. I loved all the amenities that they provide and their customer service amongst the whole staff is so awesome! When I spoke with their leasing agent Raven, she made me feel like she genuinely cared about my wants and needs and was there to happily answer all questions I had. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.
