Property Ratings at Bexley Stockyards
I have NEVER experienced such a horrible property management team. They are unprofessional, unresponsive, and unethical Moved out over two weeks ago and have not heard anything from management besides a bill of $250 and no security deposit returned. I would never recommend this place!! Stay away!!!
I am a current resident and can not wait to leave. BH Management has been a the worst company I have had to work with in almost 15 years of renting in various cities. Pros: The location is amazing you can’t get any better. Maintenance staff is also a gem, they are quick and know what they are doing. If you check the reviews most of the positive comments are for maintenance. Con: They will nickel and dime you for everything. Expect at minimum of $150 dollar charges every month on top of you base rent. Security is non-existent and BH’s response is that they can’t provide complete security, they don’t provide any. Multiple break-ins but if you park in the wrong spot in visitor parking for 10 minutes you are booted. If you enjoy quiet do not live near the pool. They play music 8+ hours a day 6 days a week and you can hear it clearly in your apartment. Forget enjoying your balcony on a nice day. I once asked if they could turn it off and a woman was in my face, I am not exaggerating, forcefully telling me that music in common areas is an amenity and will be left on, meanwhile the Pelotons in the gym, an actual amenity, are often broken. The pool during the summer is also like a scene out of MTVs Spring Break, though I know that will be a pro for some. You have to pay to sign up for their package system which doesn't work well and packages often go missing or are lost in a sea of boxes in the package room. Don’t expect anyone in the office to help, everything seems to be out of their hands. They also email during emergencies so you have to hope that a gas leak isn’t going to be a problem because you don’t constantly check your email. Most serious issues are also “hidden” by management, thankfully there is a Facebook group where residents share information. A week of break-ins went by before the office addressed it. The building and apartments are aesthetically pleasing but not built very well.
We lived her for a month and had a list of 20 issues. Would highly recommend not living here . Looks like a nice place but it is awfully maintained and a dangerous place to live.
This apartment building was built extremely cheap with very thin walls and ceilings. Expect to hear your neighbors stomping around above you and your neighbors dog barking nonstop during the day. If you work from home this is not a place for you to live. You will be miserable. Do NOT live on the first floor of this apartment complex. It will drive you crazy. Mark the maintenance lead is the best part about this place. He is awesome.
Apartment is great. Floor insulation for noise is non existent.

The trash service is pretty unique and I love my neighbors!
Ive lived here and the amentities are incredible. The maintenance and office staff are very nice and helpful. Its almost like living at a resort In the middle of Nashvegas.
