It's important for anyone considering this complex to know there is a major crime issue going on here right now. There have been *FOUR* break ins to units over the last 10-14 days. This last break in, the office insisted a neighbor scared the person off BEFORE they entered, but that is in complete conflict with what the police report states. Either the office is lying or the person who filed the police report is. Do your homework.

We have zero tolerance for criminal behavior within the community and we work closely with local authorities regarding any incidents in our surrounding area. In addition, we communicate with residents if any incidents do occur within our community. In this particular instance, the resident who scared off the intruder was the person living in the home not another resident. We apologize for any confusion on this. When we toured Jim it was amazing he actually made me want to move here even more than I originally did he didn’t leave anything out and was very friendly literally everyone in the office is very friendly and super helpful! These are definitely luxury apartments and the best around! I love it here! The outside is kept up so nicely and it’s actually a community!! We have so many amenities it’s crazy! 2 of everything!

Giving old appliances to tenants. When we moved dishwater,water-heater and overs were not in working condition.Raised multiple requests and tired of following with management folks. And finally when over door is broken they asked us to pay for the replacement or else they will take the money when we move out from our desposit

If one wants to have eviction on your record, bit by spiders, stuck in mall and Nascar traffic, deal with unethical staff with carrying garbage hal a mile to dump please apply and move in asap.

I love this community . They offer so many amenities and everything is always cleaan. Best gym you can find at an apartment complex. Leasing office is always super friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a place to live that’s close to everything and has a great atmosphere I highly reccomand this place!

We’re moving to Bexley from Gastonia because it’s just the smart thing to do because of the distance of our jobs. The property itself is breathtaking, with a lot of amenities as well as the PERFECT location for dining and shopping. It was an absolute pleasure working with Tiffany from the management office. She took her time explaining the property and different layouts she thought would fit our needs. Also everyone in the leasing office welcomed us and spoke, that really made us feel welcomed. While the local staff are nice, the fees we were charged after moving out were ridiculous. $120 for bathtub resurfacing? No hole in the tub and the photo we were sent two weeks after move out could have been from any bathroom in the complex. It is simply another revenue method like jacking up our lease rate above market for a short term extension when our house wasn't finished. Now we have to involve our attorney and the BBB. Disappointing - move on to the next locale. Btw it's super noisy being right by the mall road and the airport on the other side.

A month or two into the lease, we noticed that the vinyl flooring in the dining area would crackle a bit in one spot when you walked over it. Over the course of another few weeks, a "bubble" developed that was about 8 inches in diameter where the vinyl had come unglued from the material beneath it. As soon as we noticed this, we removed everything from the area and reported it to the office. In fact, we reported this to the office at least 8 times over the course of our lease. Every time we did, we were told "don't worry about it, we'll make a note in your account". We specifically asked if this is something we'd be charged for. We didn't drag heavy furniture around, we didn't abuse the apartment and we certainly didn't do anything else that would have caused this. We were told "don't worry about it" at every turn. We finally got them to send a maintenance guy out (the only person to actually come look at it during our lease) and were again told "don't worry about it, we can fix this by injecting some glue with a syringe and flattening it back out". We had our apartment inspection the day before we were set to move across the country. The maintenance person didn't even notice the bubble during his inspection; we actually had to point it out to him before he left. Again, we were told "don't worry about it, I'll make a note". Fast forward to us having moved across the country, and we receive a $600 bill for "damage to the floor". Everyone has brushed us aside and referred us to property manager Jeremy. We attempted to reach him several times over the course of the last several months, but he elected not return our call. Meanwhile, our bill was sent to their collection department. We were given zero recourse to set the record straight and explain what happened. We finally got in touch with Jeremy today. After all of this stress and trying to reach out, he proceeded to be as unhelpful as is humanly possible. Patronizing, dismissive and rude. We may as well have been listening to a loop of "I'm sorry you feel this way, I'll provide some training to my staff". He would not acknowledge that we were lied to. Both he and his staff failed to follow the correct procedures, and as a result my family is now out several hundred dollars. Never mind that we're not at fault. Our options are to throw a lot of money out the window, or have something on our renter's history that'll make it more difficult to find a place the next time we move.

Never felt welcome the entire 10 months that we stayed here at Bexley Village. There were multiple misunderstandings with the front office and these misunderstandings ended up costing us thousands of dollars. I am glad to move on from this apartment complex and get somewhere that feels like home.

Be WARNED that they will try to suck every penny out of you! We put in our 60 day notice. Moved out a week before our lease was up. Simple enough. But after the fact, we were billed for the three weeks after our lease date ended! When we tried to fix this thinking it would be an easy issue it wasn't. Apparently the people in the office never filed my paperwork correctly so the discrepancy between my 60 day notice held me responsible for the time after. Thats a $875.00 mistake on them that they insisted I had to pay!!!! I swore up and down to these people that my 60 day was in but whoever filed it, mismanaged my paperwork had scribbled out the wrong date to make up for there error and i get to pay for it. Secondly we went months with all the cars in the parking lots getting broken into.... AVOID this place at all costs!

Lived there dealt with Snakes all around. Rude Leasing people - not cooperative, Spider webs on the stairs. Overall okay, Price is higher with all these issues.

One of the best apartment communities available in metro Charlotte. Before moving I looked at many different apartments and none offered what Bexley Village does. The apartments are gorgeous, but a lot of properties have nice, new apartments. Bexley Village has 2 pools, 2 fitness centers, 2 dog parks, 2 playgrounds, lots of green areas for sitting and walking trails. The schools are 9s and 10s. US Today ranks Cox Mill High as #9 in the ENTIRE state of North Carolina. The community is absolutely gorgeous during the spring when the flowers bloom. My apartment faces West, and since I am on the top floor I have an unobstructed view of the sunset each night. My only complaint is that since I moved here, the landscapers have removed several trees from the property. Walmart is across the street as well as Concord Mills Mall. The traffic is not terrible in the area, except for weekends, and it still isn't bad to me, it just depends on what you are accustomed to. There are apartments in the area that are more expensive than Bexley Village and don't offer nearly as much.

Bexley Village apartments at Concord Mills are nice apartments in the newer section. They a nicely laid out and have very nice amenities. Even though they are pricey I would recommend them to others. The only negatives I have are how easy it is to hear the tenant above you; the interior walls are well insulated but not the ceiling, and the lack of care and upkeep of the dog park. When they first replace the mulch in the spring, you can see everyone out there letting their dogs play together. Later in the spring and summer the dog owners avoid the park due to their dogs getting sick. The mulch keeps all of the bacteria etc. when the dogs use the bathroom. Of course, you have some very lazy owners that just refuse to pick up after their pet, which I despise. Over all, this is a very nice complex. If you can afford to live here, you will not be disappointed.

You can stagger home form no less than 6 different bars and restaurants...across the street from the biggest tourist attraction in NC...Concord Mills Mall !!!
Great location, close to mall, restaurant and the inter-state. Location does open the community up to have more traffic in regards to people. Walmart is next door and the element of people is risk factor at times. We had some break in over last 2 years.

Bexley Village is located in a great area near Concord Mills. The area is full of restaurants and one of the largest malls in NC. The amenities are great, with two pools and Activity Centers as well as multiple dog parks. Full gyms and useable kitchens, and private rooms for rent for any occasion. There are garages and extra storage available for purchase as well.The staff are always generous and willing to answer any questions or concerns. There is no visitor parking permits or permanent resident stickers, yet there are always available spaces. The roads are well kept and there are sidewalks around the entire complex. There is a walking trail circling the complex and a car wash. The rooms are well kept and cleaned before moving in and maintenance staff quickly fix any problems you might run in to. All in all I could rave on about how nice these apartments are compared to what I have lived in before. Its a quiet community in a bustling city and a few minutes away from anything you need.

I have recently moved in at Bexley Village of Concord. The apartments are adorable cottage style, with amazing kitchens and plenty of space. I love being close to restaurants and shopping. So convenient! I love it here, so far.
