Extending from Old Hammond Highway south to roughly Perkins Road, the downtown Baton Rouge neighborhood of Bocage provides easy access to many Baton Rouge locations, including Baton Rouge Community College, Baton Rouge Country Club, and Louisiana State University. Property Ratings at Bienville Towers
If you move here prepare to deal with poor property management by the property manager that does not care about the tenants and maintenance team that does not actually make repairs.
Initially the apartment was worth the money and the office displayed competency, however as time progressed, the apartment and location was not worth the money as rent increased, despite multiple break-ins and the carelessness of tenants with pets (not picking up after them), maintenance requests took longer to address and were not communicated in a timely manner, and the office consistently gave misinformation regarding lease renewal prices and dates, and are very unwilling to negotiate. Unless you have extra cash to burn unexpectedly, like to play frogger when entering or exiting the parking lot, or don't mind over paying for your space, you might want to look elsewhere.

The apartments are very quite .they allow pets I'ts a real nice size for a 2 bedroom.The area is in the middle of town so I'm close to lots of places like shopping and restaurants. .We have a patio with sliding glass door.On the down side the kitchen is small and the apartment is in need of updating.a few thing,but it's ok for the money.
