Property Ratings at Big Bass Apartments
Why is it okay? Because there are noisy and inconsiderate tenants who play loud music, beat on the walls, and have no respect for other tenants. It is unfair for law abiding citizens to be subjected to this type of treatment. That said, I will not recommend Big Bass Apartments to anyone.
Big Bass Resort is a warm, friendly and caring place to live. The apartments here are spacious and very affordable. The management is very inviting and caring. Especially, if you have any problems, management goes above and beyond to provide a solution. "Big thanks to Trisha, we love it here." There are different things to do if you cannot get out. They have a well stocked library, an exercise room and a media center. These are just a few things that Big Bass offers to it's residents and there is so much more. The environment is safe and I love coming home to Big Bass. It is a joy to live in a comfortable, safe and caring environment.
Big Bass is a relaxed community Brand new Stocke Bass Fishing Ponds These apartments are for senior citizens and have such amenities as 9' ceilings, elevators, ceiling fans, washer/dryer connections, laundry rooms, perimeter fencing with controlled access gates, barbecue grills, picnic area, a swimming pool, a club house, a game room, and library, theater, craft, and beauty rooms. This is small town in the big city, The features and amenities are tailored to meet the needs of those 55 and older. If you love the feeling of a rural agricultural community, you will love Big Bass Resort. The trains and the grain elevator is across the street and you will have fun catching bass and other species off the dock in our two lakes in your new front yard. How would you like to shoot pool, work out, watch a movie in the theater, swim, jump in the Jacuzzi, barbecue, play shuffle board, work in your private garden, or forget all that and take a field trip to someplace new and exotic on one of our bus trips? And don't forget our theme parties where everyone gathers round the baby grand piano. The General Partner chose this location because Jacinto City reminded him of the town in West Texas where his mother grew up and he visited as a boy, Quannah, Texas in the Panhandle.
