Quick and Thorough As always they came in, knew the problem and solved the issue quickly and politely, fantastic work as always.
Kitchen Faucet The crew is always on top of everything! I put in a work order to have them fix my kitchen faucet and was done immediately! Not only did they fix it. They replaced it with a very fancy new kitchen faucet. I’m so happy to call Biltmore At Camelback my home! Demitiro is the best! Thank you!

No Complaints During my residency at Camelback, I can honestly say that I did not encounter any major problems. Any concerns I had were usually addressed quickly and efficiently. It was overall a great place to live, conveniently located and nicely maintained.
My Time at Biltmore My residency at Biltmore at Camelback was a pleasant experience. Any concerns I had, and there weren't many, were always addressed promptly. Both the maintenance and office staff were always professional and respectful of the tenants. Also, I really appreciated the community events the staff offered every month. It was a great way to meet my neighbors and stayed connected to the community.

I've been here about 6 months and the other reviews saying parking is a nightmare is putting it nicely. The real problem is if you get ANYTHING delivered (Amazon, walmart, door dash etc)it is a roll of the dice if they will deliver it because the complex makes it impossible for the delivery to get to you. No way to let people in remotely. I've had at least a dozen deliveries by Amazon delayed because they couldn't get in. Management is a nightmare they take ages to get back to you and the girl that's the assistant manager and manager are pretty unprofessional and rude. I wouldn't recommend at all. There are plenty of other options that are much more lux and convenient.

I just moved here and wish I had not. There is no parking and they even said to me "everyone ends up getting towed" as a way to explain why on my 2nd day at the complex my car was towed. Because there is no parking (months long wait list to get paid parking) you have to park streets away or in the mall parking lot which is unsafe and risky. The complex is definitely not luxury, cheap finishes for the price, on my move in day the plumbing in the bathroom was broken, the AC was broken and the blinds needed to be replaced. The halls smell of weed and trash and I saw cockroaches in the stairwell.

I toured as an Apartment Locator for a potential client. I think the property itself hits a lot of high points, my client was dissuaded due to the parking situation. He just did not like the fees for even a basic covered assigned spot.
I understand that Covid has resulted in its own set of challenges, however I feel that the building is not being maintained and cleaned well. The gym and the hallways need vacuuming and the grounds have a lot of garbage and in need of up keep. The adjoining walls and ceilings are not too well insulated and as a result not very quiet.
I would recommend this apartment community for its cleanliness and professional.
Do not trust the positive reviews from 2020, they are not an accurate reflection of living here. I had my locked bike stolen from the bike cage (that required a code for entry) and my locked car was broken into while in the underground parking area. The property has a serious issue with stray cats, to the point that one cat gave birth under the communal grill. The leasing company has been known to send former residents to collections, even though the residents do not have any remaining balances. It would be a mistake to think that this property is secure or gated as advertised because the gate has been broken for weeks at a time in the past, a number of the security cameras do not work, the leasing office is indifferent to the theft problem on property (unless you file a police report and the police contact them directly), and the property rents a large number of apartments via WanderJaunt and AirBnB for daily use. There are too many reasonable apartments in the area to consider living here, unless you are prepared to be frustrated on a regular basis. Only plus side-- the maintenance team is very kind.

The apartment community seems strong and has nice amenities. It is also well located across from the Lifetime gym, many offices, the movies and good restaurants.
Noisy neighbors, recycle room has become very unclean as well as the carpets after one particular neighbor moved in. On a good note, when I have needed routine maintenance its has been done quickly. The staff are great, management and maintenance. Giovann is a great manager.
I would recommend apartment. Very nice and clean and home feeling. The only turn off is the parking. In today' world everyone needs a car and to charge extra is not a way to say your welcome.
Overall it was pretty good but except for a few the floorplans are really wonky, and definitely not good value for money.
I have recommended because of the location, cleanliness, structural setup of many apartments facing the pool.

The day I moved into my unit I found out the A/C was completely broken, smoke detector/CO alarm was missing the batteries, and my unit key doesn't fit my door. How in the world was this not all checked by staff before move-in? It took over one week to get my A/C fixed... They also charge you for common area electric, which is almost an additional $30/month. First Apartment I've leased that passes through common area electric charges to the tenant. Also, they charge the tenants for the service provider they use to send your monthly invoices. I have to pay almost $5 month for the complexes own billing software..

The complex feels a bit like its on lock down, especially considering you can't even leave the parking lot on foot without a fob. So I can buzz my guests in through the gate, but then I still have to come down to let them out of the parking lot. Considering the recent car break ins, and my neighbors motorcycle was just stolen, the security seems more of a front than actually effective.

I felt like the bedroom/living room sizes may have been a little too small for our furniture, but would consider scaling down, however, the Alta Camelback invited me to tour and I have yet to tour, but their pricing was competitive

Its an excellent place, I love the surrounding activities of the theater and the mall, proximity to downtown/freeways and airport, yet the bedrooms were small, the living room area too small, the possibility of the view I desire is uncertain. Upon reflection, I did not desire the loft / huge windows of the penthouse. There are many pluses, so I'm not saying "no" but I'm still looking.
We love how quiet it is where we are located. We love everything around us. And the apartment is modern and stylish.
Parking is an issue considering the fact that I pay for a space. Yes, I had a car towed after I got home late at night after work. I therefore was up even later and had to work early the next day.

Chris did a great job and he picked up after he fixed my smoke detector
The apartment we toured I absolutely loved. However I can get the same layout merely 5 minutes down the road for hundreds lower.
Jamela went above and beyond to assist with the application process. Her communication and follow up was great! She was professional and personable.
The leasing professional was prompt, great follow up and helped me with my move in date! The experience was smooth and easy.
I wish the rent was slightly more affordable compare to apts only a block away. Jamela was absolutely awsome. She was the reason I kept coming back to the community!
The location is great but that is the only good thing this apartment complex has going for it. We moved from out of state and on move in date our apartment was not ready to move into. Somehow it had been left of the list to be cleaned and painted. Our movers were there waiting with our belongings so they had to leave everything stacked in the middle of the living room. We were told apartment would be ready to occupy in two days. Six days later we were finally able to move in. Actual apartment is nowhere as nice as the model they show you. Carpet was supposed to have been replaced but was not, they just had it cleaned instead but stains did not come out. Numerous scratches and scuffs in laminate and apartment was still filthy when we moved in. Managment never responds to any complaints. Our brand new mountain bike was stolen from the bike cage but they said they couldn't do anything about it. We moved out after six months and have yet to receive the full security deposit back. It's just a beautiful, relaxing, calm, quiet, clean, upscale, luxury (minus the "sterile" uppety feel) complex. Very pet friendly. I listen to the waterfalls in the pool outside my window. Great loft set ups. Can't beat this location! Close to everything with amazing views but quiet at the same time.
I been living at the biltmore for a few years now and I love everything about this property from the staff to the managers Jessica and James. They are really helpful, they will make sure there tenets are satisfied and happy. I love everything about the Biltmore from the location to my unit and from the gym to the pool. I am not moving no time so I recommend this property to anyone
I, and all others with whom I've spoken who have moved out since I did two months ago, have each been charged $225 in move-out charges related to ‘carpet damage’ and ‘full unit repaint’. How nothing related to either is being considered "normal wear & tear" is puzzling. An immaculate rental history and near-perfect credit score afforded me a fee in lieu of a security deposit which, for most, seems to be a convenient resource for the corporation to externalize its tenant turnover costs. I will not be paying. Buyer, beware. Existing tenants, good luck.

We currently rent the 1BR/1 Bath loft style apartment. Excellent community with excellent services. Property is excellently managed and cared for. The common areas are always clean and up to date. Love the appliances and thought to maximize space in the units. Excellent location.

We have lived in Broadstone on camelback for 3 months now and they are absolutely wonderful. Our garage broke a month in and they fixed it right away! The pool and gym are awesome and the location is so great! Staff is always friendly at the office and I know if we have any problem it will be taken care of. They've held two pool parties since we've been here and had free alcohol and food catered in with a DJ. It just shows appreciation for their residents! I love it here.
