Property Ratings at The Biltmore
Excellent for families with kids. Good school district, restaurants and convenient to all stores . Very happening place.
This review is for the Biltmore apartments. Residing for 3 years let me highlight the pros the cons. Pros 1. Good location as it is close to stores, banks , gas stations freeways 2. In a good school district 3. Good club house and pool. 4. Greenery Cons The classic apartments are old which are being renovated . As they are old you have issues like 1. Appliance issues and maintenance issues. 2. Silver fish , ants , cockroaches and insects . 3. Maintenance SLA is long and team is under staffed , so you would need to wait even for urgent work to be completed . 4. Only emergency requests attended on weekends . 5.Play area and structure needs renovation. 6Thefts and package misplace issue. 7. If you have happen to live below an apartment which is renovated , you would be hearing walking sound always as they have wooden flooring . 8. So seeing all this, rent is still on the higher side at least for existing residents . 9. High utility bills as there is no individual water meter .
This building has been super cozy and convenient. The location is fantastic, especially if you work in the area, everyone that works here seems to always have a smile on their face and is always eager to help in any way they can. The options and offerings for the units themselves are great and super convenient. The only opportunities I would say are that the walls and doors are rather thin, so its very easy to hear your neighbors, especially in the hall. The noise seems to echo very easily. Also, its my understanding that there is supposed to be a pool, but its been under construction for a rather long time and I unfortunately have not been around long enough to take advantage of it. Otherwise, its been a great place to live.
