Walker Ranch Park is a small corner neighborhood in northern San Antonio. Walker Ranch Park is filled with bright, colorful apartments with upgraded features and modern townhomes. The area is best known for being home to the Ranch Historic Landmark Park, which runs through the middle of the neighborhood. This area was once a hub for prehistoric peoples and historians believe the park was used as a tool refitting station, a butchering station, a plant processing station, a hunting camp, a social gathering spot, and more. This area was also once occupied by Spanish soldiers and settlers. Today, Walker Ranch Park is now a popular natural area great for walking and biking. There is also a playground, a small pavilion, and an amphitheater for special events.
Residents of Walker Ranch Park go to nearby Parliament Square in the southern tip of town and nearby Valley View Shopping Center for shopping and dining.

Property Ratings at Biltmore Park Apartments
If I could rate them negatively I would. This complex has such incompetent maintenance that my apartment unit WENT UP IN FLAMES. Their response is to try to kick me out or force me to pay more in rent. The FIRE was the worst issue but I also had HOLES IN MY CEILING that they refused to fix for over a month, I had improper water sealing between the tub and the wall, the TUB OVERFLOW DRAIN DUMPS WATER ON THE THE FIRST FLOOR CEILING, I still have mismatched tile in my bathroom that was promised to be fixed for over two years now, the AC units have broken multiple times since moving in, and when i moved it i had a hole for a BB pellet through a window upstairs. There is not enough parking to the point that probably 1/4 of the tenants park on the street instead of in the complex lot. Don't rent from this complex or any other Hayman Company properties or this will happen to you too.

When we first looked at the apartment, everything looked nice. When we moved into our apartment, our slider glass door had a giant crack from the top to the bottom. They told us that they would fix it the next day. A MONTH AND A HALF LATER they fixed it. The night we moved in, we found a big pile of glass in our carpet. We tried to vacuum it up and so did they, but the glass was deeply embedded into the carpet. But it took them almost A MONTH to finally replace the carpet. Also, our AC unit broke down a total of 8 times the whole time we lived there. The whole unit would freeze over when it was at 73 degree. So basically it was blowing hot air and it was running on extra voltage. So not only did we not have AC, but our electric bill went up to over $180 for a 1 bed 1 bath. They refused to replace the unit, and refused to talk to the electric company about lowering our bill. There were a bunch of other small things wrong with the apartment when we moved in. And the worst of all, the staff was just impossible. They made us seem like the bad guys when we wanted them to fix the issues. If I could give this complex a zero star rating, I would without hesitation. I do not recommend moving here, IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE THAT IVE HAD BY FAR WITH APARTMENTS!!!

This is the best apartment community in the central San Antonio area! The pet park is beautiful along with the well kept pool and jacuzzi, which is more than I can say about other communities! Don’t take my word gonaee for yourself!!! Love it here!!!

I moved here as a first time renter and coming out of a bad situation. The only reason I settled for this over priced apartment was because I was tired of looking for a place. I was shown a demo and it was the upgraded version of the complex I was actually getting. I moved onto the second floor and had nothing but issues.... the hot water ran out in 10 minutes and wasn't even enough to fill a warm bath. I had French doors that you had to slam to shut and a psychopath living below me. Even when I would try and pull them shut she would bang on the ceiling. She came up to my door at 3am threatening me and called the police on me for walking in my apartment. When I called the cops on her I never got a report and when I would tell management they would say they were trying to do something but never did. The side of the building I lived on faved the street and all we had was street parking. I always got home around 7:30 and never had a place to park. It was a nightmare between the neighbors, the parking, and nothing ever being done a pupil water
Do not move in here!!! There were roaches and insects throughout the apartments.The apartment was so filthy and dirty overall.The air condition was so dirty and there was mold inside the toilet tank, Disgusting. I just cant believe they would rent an apartment that dirty.I strongly recommend you to look for another apartment. There are plenty within the area.
I loved it!! I do recommend future resident to live here! Great manager and maintenance staff.
You should come live here! I love it here! Kathy is a great manager and maintaince make sure to fix everything really fast and a timely matter.
