Nestled in Hartford County, Bristol is a distinct mix of commercial and rural influences. Packed with rolling green hills and dense forestation, the city blends the elements of an urban landscape with the welcome characteristics of nature. Bristol also houses the central studios of ESPN and America's oldest functioning theme park at Lake Compounce. Bristol lies 18 miles southwest of the center of Downtown Hartford, making this a prime locale for families and renters looking for more space outside the city. Low and mid-rise apartments make up the bulk of the market here, and US Highway 6 and Interstate 84 make it easy to explore the surrounding Connecticut landscape.

Property Ratings at Bingham Place
Very cool building. Finishes are really nice inside the apartments. Building is very clean and quiet. Super convenient location.
We've been tenants here since the building was finished and its really nice. . The building is a renovated school building and has wide hallways, high ceilings. and incredible windows and very quiet The apartment itself is large and airy. The building is kept clean and we have had no problem with any service requests. There are a lot of pets in the building, and a few who bark. There has been a lot of turnover of property managers, but the one who is there now is a doll, and very helpful.
Smokers all over the building in a so called "smoke free" building. other peoples cigarette smoke leaks into apartment. Landlord does nothing to help.
I’ve been here since June 20’ and I would be lying if I said this place had met my expectations right off the bat because it definitely didn’t but me and my girlfriend toughed it out due to the amazing location and straight up overall convenience.. but I will tell you this there’s a new sheriff in town and she has really turned this place around for the better. Also, cares about the well being of the tenants. All concerns and complaints are handle in a timely fashion, sorted out parking issues, heat and hot water concerns have been addressed, and overall made the building a much nicer and safely place for its tenants.
Don’t ever expect to use your parking space here. Since moving in May 2020 parking and being able to use my assigned space has been an issue
I rent at 122 Park Street, Bristol. When we first moved in it was well kept and there was a maintenance personnel on site. Now there is no maintenance personnel on site and the maintenance of the property is plummeting down hill. There is always garbage through all around the dumpster and ground. Recently some is letting their dog poop anywhere and they don’t pick it up. Also people visiting 3 family houses across the street are parking in the building parking spots. No signs for tenant parking only on the property. The electric security system does not work. The snow removal is awful and took 2 days to clear off the walkways this last storm. I still don’t have shades hanging 3 months later from when I moved in. I will not be renewing my lease and don’t recommend this place.
We moved in and out immediately because of the noise due to traffic. It was so loud and we could not sleep more than one hour. Sirens are blaring all night and trucks are up and down the street 24 hours a day.
I took a tour, they are lovely & the staff is very nice. SJ
