Property Ratings at Birch Hills Apartments
I enjoy that all the floors are vinyl, it looks really nice and is super easy to keep clean. It's also awesome that they are a pet friendly property and have the dog park as well as bags everywhere throughout the property. If you are looking for a quiet apartment in Pullman and have animals, this is the best spot to be at!
I've lived here for over a year and a half and I've really enjoyed it. Management is really nice. Maintenance requests are handled in a reasonable time frame. Key fob plus deadbolt entry makes me feel safe. There's a walking path and dog park directly behind the apartment which is amazing! The complex is pretty quite which is really nice. About 5 minutes from campus, 10 minutes from downtown shopping. highly recommend!
My experience so far with Birch Hills has been very positive. They are one of the few pet friendly apartment complexes in Pullman, and definitely the nicest. I did a lot of looking in Pullman and Birch Hills was one of the nicest (but still affordable) pet friendly communities. All of the apartments are bare floor which makes it way easier to clean up after my cat, the rooms are spacious and there are plenty of outlets throughout the apartment. The complex is quiet and well maintained and there are dogs EVERYWHERE. My only two complaints are that there isn't a washer/dryer in unit (but that's actually rare in Pullman anyway)and the office for Birch Hills isn't actually at Birch Hills, it's at different apartment complex down the road (Aspen Village, I think). Overall, I think this a good apartment complex and I would definitely recommend it to all pet lovers!
