Amazing apartments, perfect customer service everything was amazing. Ms. Alice was very helpful, answered all questions i had and didn’t hesitate to fix any problems. 10/10 would recommend to anybody. Pool looks amazing, inside of the apartments look amazing, wouldnt change a thing. Hope others can find this helpful

Alice was great helping us out. We actually got moved in within a week! We had a very smooth time moving in. We got in before our original date and had no problems. The price was very affordable considering the other options in the area.

Alice was so helpful with my move in process. She made it quick and easy. Everyone was so nice in the leasing office and very welcoming. My unit was ready on time and exactly what I was expecting. Birch landing is the place to be.

My experience from start to finish was excellent. Alice made my experience very entertaining and enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable about the units and property. The apartment complex is very secluded and nice with plenty amenities

This was my first apartment and my experience here was extremely traumatic . The rent is high but the apartment inside is old and just painted over and nothing fixed. My leasing agent was D’Erica she doesn’t know how to communicate and has an attitude problem. I asked for my application fee and deposit back because they had me turn everything on the day I was supposed to sign my lease but showed me my apartment the day of and it was ran down and it wasn’t what I asked for so please don’t waste your time or money here

D’Erica and the other ladies were very helpful with getting me into my first apartment. They were very understanding, flexible on time and charismatic making it a comfortable process.

Derica is amazing! She has made this process so easy and was very communicative. I love my new home.

waited to write my review so that I wouldn’t have to edit it months down the road. So here it goes! Application process: EASY & QUICK! If you have all of your paperwork ( 3x’s rent paystubs/offer letter, employment verification, (HEADS UP! If your job uses “the work number” for employment verification… they will ask you to pull THAT REPORT. So you may want to pull it ahead of time) bank statements, previous landlord Info, and etc.) I literally applied one day and was approved 24hrs later. DO NOT walk in these ppl office without having your paperwork in order or that will prolong the process. MOVE IN DAY: No issues with apartment. Everything was cleaned and anything that I needed fixed after doing the “walk through” was fixed prior to moving in. 1YR Update: Still no problems. Apartment is still in good condition. Things are fixed quickly, Gym is always clean when I visit it. The office staff is always nice and professional to me. Ms. Annette is such a dear, she always calls and checks on me and to make sure my maintenance orders are completed.

So far so good. I've been here 60 days and my experience has been pretty good. The breezeways could be washed but so far so good.

Location, Location, Location. The apartments and the staff are a bonus. I mainly picked this place for the Location. It's close to everything you need. I'll be her until I buy my house

I was able to get my townhouse with no problems everything was smooth and everyone from the maintenance team to the staff was super helpful this a great community

This community has so many great features, Including our privately gated entrance, indoor heated pool and 24/7 on property security. The move in process was so smooth, and derika was amazing

I dealt with the Assistant Manager when leasing my apartment and she was fabulous and responsive. I Love how the front office has checked on me several times to make sure everything is working properly in my new home. Awesome experience this far, thanks Birch Landing

My Move In Process Was Excellent everything was great leading up to move in and even when small things that needed fixing it was done the same day. Loved my welcome gift. The complex is accessible to alot of places restaurants

Ms.Allison is wonderful she made my move in process a smooth one. The property is beautiful I'm exicited to be apart of this community. My townhome is beautiful and spacious. I highly recommend this property.

We are currently living in the 1 br/1ba. It is made for us. It just the 2 of us so this set up is idea... It has a wood burning fireplace, hardwood floors and a soaker tub!!! Management and maintenance are great. The process of acquiring our apartment with the leasing agent was good.

Do not move here. The staff is very rude, once they get your application and admin fees they start talking to you like trash. Rude rude rude

Birch Landing is a great place to live. From the staff to the amenities. The property makes you feel like it’s home!

The office staff at Birch Landing is very courteous and the customer service is great. We had Laticia assist with our application and move in process. She was a pleasure to work with and helpful. Any maintenance issues we had we were able to submit a service request easily and the issue resolved very quickly. The maintenance staff is courteous as well, especially Courtney.

This place is the best. Ms. Portia is the greatest!!! All of the staff has been so amazing!! They will treat you right and will take care of any problems. I am so pleased with both the office staff and maintenance.

Old, not upgraded. Go up on rent every year . Always changes. Want to fine you for every petty little thing. They don’t change your air filter every time u pay rent as stated in the lease. You have to put in multiple service request to finally get someone to answer.

Mr. Booker, maintenance man Freddie and the property manager Portia are really great. They have always been so helpful. Now Ms. Annette is such a sweet heart. She called me to let me know that I have a package and I don’t live there anymore. They are just awesome.

Very fast turnaround and people that do what they say they will do as soon as possible! Nothing but good things to say for the people here! Best prices in the city!

The staff at birch landing leasing office is welcoming and helpful. Ken was not only helpful but offered uplifting words during difficult times. Ms Annette is always professional and great with following up. Laticia and Jessica always have a welcoming spirit. And Portia is Wonder Woman lol, any concerns i have she listens and do her best to help. Thank you all for all you do!

Property manager here at Birch Landing is awesome I’ve been here for a total of seven years now and everything has been spectacular my maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely fashion and the staff here is super good great job

I just moved to GA and birch took me in lol. Ms. Booker is my leasing specialist and she was great and easy to work with. Everything was smooth with my move-in. Keep it up Ms. B

I've been living here for over five years. I have a great relationship with the office staff Ms. Portia tries to get back to you when she can, Lakisha is a big help when you need questions answered and Ms. Annette will call and check on you occasionally to make sure everything is ok with you and your unit. Byron is always pleasant. I don't know everyone but they are always professional and willing to assist you when you call or enter the leasing office. The maintenance and grounds crew are always professional when they come to my unit to repair something especially Courtney. I enjoy living here and the activities and events they often have for the residents.

These are overly expensive for how poor the actual apartments are and they have too many rules to even live like normal people. As soon as my lease is up I am leaving. Moved from Across state lines and was told I’d be getting a renovated apt to find out I’m getting an un renovated one. They dont barely even have light fixtures in my apartments,but they do have sprinklers in the ceiling of each room where the lights could have gone. Also, this is supposed to be gated, yet the gate is ALWAYS broken. They will fix it and it will be broken again the next day. The one positive thing I have to say is that Jessica from the front office was a joy to work with and I recommend people speaking with her. Surprisingly I have not had many roach encounters as of yet.

I highly recommend this community they are very professional and Maintanence is always on point
