Maintenance staff are always very responsive in answering and dealing with request directed to them. I highly recommend Birdshong Leon Springs to anyone looking for a quite, peaceful and professional place to call home.
My experience at Birdsong Apartments in the last 6 months has been excellent. Whenever I have a question for the office, they are there to provide answers. Whenever I need a little maintenance, that is prompt too. Friends that have visited my place have really been impressed with the townhouse apartments. I look forward to continue living here.

I moved in only four months ago. By now I like this apartment community. People around me are very friendly. It's a peaceful place where I can walk around in the community to enjoy the neighbour's decoration for halloween and Christmas.

I recently moved into this townhouse and have been thoroughly impressed. The thoughtful floorplan makes excellent use of space, and the high ceilings add a wonderful sense of openness. The staff has been incredibly accommodating throughout the lease process and have promptly addressed any minor fixes. Highly recommend!
Renewing my lease for another year ?? it’s peaceful and quiet. I do wish there were more activities for the us to feel more like a community but other than that it’s good!
Move in process way smooth. Office was super friendly. Community looks and feels great. Amenities are also nice and I can't wait to use them.
