Everyone is very friendly and building is always clean! The rooftop is especially nice to use and has an awesome view. The coffee machine is also great!

I enjoy living here. Its private and yet there's a sense of community. The building is done in very good taste, as are the apartments. Admin staff is professional, responsive and friendly. Birdtown Flats feels like home.

I feel safe here, the environment is quiet, the office is flexible and willing to help, both office employees are upbeat and very nice, the environment is clean, and nice unit

Management, office workers and maintaince workers are so kind and meet our needs so quickly with amazing kindness! So thankful for them! Amazing people!

I love it here. It is quiet, comfortable, beautiful views and amenities. The staff are always respectful and helpful. Maintenance is very thorough and responsive to anything you need and fast. It is a wonderful community.

I love Birdtown! Always feels comforting coming home. It's always well kept. The cleanliness is superb! It's a quiet building. No worries of loud or obnoxious neighbors. Its pet friendly and although I don't have pets, the pet owners are considerate of others. You cannot tell that it's a building with pets. I love the roof top views and the lobby space if you ever want to have a getaway space to relax and/or entertain. I love the available storage that is offered for those extra things that you don't need in your apartment. I also love the locker and Luxor room accessibility to keep your packages safe until you're available.

Alyssa in the office has been amazing to work with. She made the move on process very easy. The apartment is nice quite and clean. I will definitely be recommending this complex to my family and friends

I've been living here since the building opened in 2020 and the more time I spend here, the more I like it. We've been very lucky with management companies. They have been very good. Staff is great, always trying their best to expand the sense of community between neighbors. There has been a lot of people moving in and out. Unfortunately, its taken a toll on the carpet and walls in the halls. Other than that, the building is great!

It's a beautiful place, and the management office is very helpful these days. I like that it's clean and quiet. It's the best place. I really like it

Maintenance and management are always trying to find ways to make life better for their residents. They are so friendly and helpful. Very quick to respond to resident needs. We so enjoy our life at Birdtown flats.

Beautiful place, beautiful views, friendly staff, and close proximity to all Robbinsdale has to offer. The sunsets and sunrises are spectacular. The building is quiet and everyone is so respectful.

The office manager was really friendly and helpful, the way she communicated and explaining about the apartment the features and how everything works was helpful.

The Bird Flat apartment is clean, tidy, and well-organized. The building management is welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. I truly love this amazing apartment.

I’ve enjoyed my time overall so far at Birdtown Flats (3 yrs almost). Went through a few management/ownership changes but I personally didn’t experience anything negative with that. I appreciate how timely they are with maintenance requests or other inquiries/concerns. Only 4 stars instead of 5 due to the area/neighborhood/neighbors feeling a little rough or unsafe at times.

The current onsite management is friendly and responsive and they help make living here a pleasure. Overall, I love the location and my view. It's convenient to many areas I visit for friends and errands.

Neighbors are friendly and so are staff. Recently added community engaging activities to bring residents together and am loving it. Also added vending machines which are nice especially when wanting a late night snack.

We love Birdtown! The management and employees have been amazingly good to us! I love the gym and so enjoy having the gas grill on the deck. Management and staff are VERY fast responding to our needs. They are always so kind.

I've been living here since the building opened. The apartment complex is very nice and the community is friendly. The staff is great. They are helpful and cooperative, always willing to make the experience of living here a nicer one. Having said all of this, which is all true, I find the raise in rents too much, given our location. We're right on Bottineau which isn't quiet. Many things to consider!

Quick work order service, nice facilities. Responsive staff, the mail system is nice. Good amenities for pet owners. Nothing I could possibly complain about

It’s been a really smooth transition to MN from the east coast largely due to the Robbinsdale community and living in Birdtown Flats. It has easy access to the highway, a cute downtown that’s walkable, and feels safe overall. The maintenance team here is the fastest of any other apartment complex we’ve lived in. The apartments are spacious and reasonably priced.

Love the kitchen and appliances for the needy home cook. For the most part it is quiet and a friendly neighborhood. Location is great for walking to downtown Robbinsdale. Lived here for about 6 months and no major complaints!

The best apartment I have ever lived in. It's in a walkable neighborhood, has good maintenance, nice amenities, and its a really pretty & cozy unit.

Birdtown Flats has been my home since it opened in 2020. The staff is helpful and respectful. The apartments are super nice, modern and well designed. The amenities in the building are great. I have no plans on moving in the near future.

everyone is friendly! I love the rooftop. we use our grill on our deck at least twice a week. We live in the south east corner and love it!!

Affordable modern apartment homes. Great location close to major highways, downtown dining and shopping center. Amazing community and school district, great places to put roots down.

Friendly staff created a great move-in experience. Love the building. It checked all my boxes while I was apartment hunting. The rooftop just takes the cake.

A vary nice quiet location, and that's vary nice as a person as my self that works overnights. Close to work and a grocery store. Beautiful rooftop.

I have lived here for over 3 years and my only complaint would be the sirens from North Memorial Hospital 2 minutes away. All of the staff is very accommodating and timely! The amenities are above average. The building still looks new and is maintained well. The in-unit features are updated and aesthetically pleasing with a deck for most units. Garage parking comes with your lease; that's great! Parking for your guests is somewhat plentiful. Receiving various mail deliveries has always been secure and convenient. And the overall price you pay for this and more seems fair, especially considering the awful inflation most are subject to. 4 stars because nothing is ever perfect, but I would have given 4.5 stars if I could have.

Everything has been great so far. We’ve been living here for about a month and only experienced some minor toilet clogging issues. The community is wonderful and a nice surprise was that the water is soft. The kitchen is spacious with lots of storage. We love it here!

Birdtown flats is a must rent recommendation from me! The management is always ready and available, everything is clean, the location is safe, and my dog loves it.

Birdtown Flats is everything my wife and I wanted. I have lived in Robbinsdale for 70 years. We love the town have many lifetime friends here. We enjoy our patio and love our view. Life is so much easier no mowing no upkeep on the house just time for us to do more. Thanks

Fabulous place to live ! The Management is great. The maintenance is excellent. If I have issues it is repaired within 24 hours. I also like the location in Robbinsdale close to many of my activities and friends.

I love my community and my spacious apartment. I really enjoy the rooftop and my balcony. I also really love the workout room and that the apartment is safe

This is my second week in the community and I'm enjoying the environment and folks that I've encountered! The administrative and maintenance staff have also been stellar!

The leasing office has been very helpful and prompt with any questions I had prior to and upon move-in. They are friendly and easy to get in contact with. They send out necessary communications quickly and efficiently.

I’ve had a very good experience at Birdtown flats. No complaints :) I like being close to the fun and cute restaurants down the road, they have awesome food!

Really enjoy our apartment, staff, and residents. Maintaince is quick to respond and friendly. We really like the high ceilings and apartment upgrades. A grill on the deck is great to have. I strongly recommend Birdtown Flats to people looking for a place to live.

Residence is nice. Has its moments when the hallways don’t smell pleasant due to cooking or trash. Neighbors are friendly for the most part. Wish there were better amenities like an actual party room or a pool on rooftop, but we make do with what’s available.

Great experience. Quiet and nice amenities available. Garage parking is a nice bonus and admin is prompt. Haven't had any real issues thus far.
