The build is well-maintained in general. There is a nice gym and pool area, however there is no attempt to prevent people from playing their own music loudly, which disrupts one's attempts to relax. The apartments are room and well laid out, but the walls are thin and you will hear everything going on next door. Fire alarms are set off very frequently, which is very annoying. Probably the fault of tenants. There is terrible traffic and noise on Biscayne Blvd, which is only getting worse as more new buildings are being built. The building is conveniently located, near Whole Foods, Publix and various pharmacies. Building management is generally nice and cooperative.

I love living in Biscayne 112, once moved in its been tranquil not too far from nearby attractions like Wynwood, Miami Shores restaurants and cafes, Whole Foods and Aventura Mall is just a short drive up. The building is also kept extremely clean and tidy.

This place is leaking water in many units..maintenance just brings a fan and says run ac.the floor never dries under the plastic and mold forms.when I removed my floor mold everywhere!

Ask For Joyce! The Office is great, the Maintenance Crew is awesome, the Team tries very hard to make everyone happy and comfortable and address any concerns. The Place is always clean and the Team is patient. Residents don't always make it easy for the Team, yet they do their best!

Biscayne 112 has a nice aesthetic and great location. The cons are, thin walls (you can hear a needle drop in your neighbors apartment), no control over residents, and lack of professionalism from staff. If you enjoy peace and quiet and mindful neighbors, this isn’t the place for you. If you want to feel like you live in a college dorm, then this is the place for you.

Look through as many reviews as you can before moving here and you'll see what this place actually is. 90% of the reviews online are obviously fake and only there to counteract the negative reviews. This place has extra thin walls, bad package system, parking gates break all the time. And originally this building has THREE entrances and exits. One on the busy biscayne blvd, and two more on a quiet back street behind the building. Well whatever mega genius is calling the shots about building development decided to build to giant gates on BOTH back entrances and both gates can only be opens to exit the building. They're automatic gates and the don't have anything to detect a car arriving to the building so the gate doesn't open. So now all traffic comes to and from through biscayne blvd which is always busy. Not great and absolutely outrageously expensive for the service of the staff and the quality of the building.

Do not be fooled by their fabulous “amenities” they charge for everything . - you can’t get free coffee here have to pay for it - they pitched their new business center to me when I was applying. I was excited since I work from home now that it’s completed. Turns out you have to rent it - THE MOST ABSURD THING. If someone wants to come visit me they have to pay for the parking inside the buildings own lot. The amount of rent I pay these amenities should’ve been free

Too many complaints to fit in this review.. Beware of the false reviews online, this place is a terrible place to live. 1. Noise: a. THIN WALLS. If my neighbors talk on the phone, watch TV, listen to music, it’s disruptively loud. If you don’t have the same sleep schedule as your neighbors, they WILL keep you up at night. b. Let me drive this point home. If my neighbors so much as receive a text message, I hear it crystal clear. c. The neighbor below routinely has house parties that last until 3AM, sometimes even 5AM. Blaring music, people screaming and shouting. I’ve submitted 3 noise complaints; not once has my complaint been acknowledged. The only way I can get them to quiet down is physical confrontation. The complex doesn’t care. d. This apartment is right off Biscayne Blvd, one of the busiest streets in the city. There is not one moment that goes by that you don’t hear the traffic from Biscayne. Sirens, street racers, motorcycles, horns honking at all hours of the night. e. If you want to get reliable sleep, this is not the building for you. They built this building to look nice, not to actually house living residents. 2. Traffic a. The apartment only allows you to enter the complex from Biscayne Blvd, one of the busiest streets in the city. Full of traffic and stop lights. There is a low-traffic back road behind the building. The complex decided they no longer will allow us to enter from that road. An absurd decision. The gate can easily open, they just don’t want it to. So you need to add 5 – 15 minutes to your drive home every time you leave the complex. Work, groceries, exercise, etc. They don’t value your time. 3. Neighborhood a. The neighborhood Biscayne 112 promotes on social media is not reality. On the South side of the building are run down motels. To the North is a trailer park. To the west is an empty lot that is full of garbage. To the East, is Biscayne Blvd, a major highway full of traffic. b. On social media, this complex routinely shows a photo displaying that the building has a view of the beach. That photo is 100% falsified. We are nowhere close to the beach. This again indicates the type of service to expect from management here. Zero integrity. c. The other buildings in the vicinity are: i. Strip club ii. Cannabis dispensary 1 iii. Cannabis dispensary 2 iv. Gas station Stay far, far away from Biscayne 112.

Not recommended even to my worst enemy ,,way to many issues ,,the staff is nice to you when you showed interest on moving in after that no one care your requests always ignored

Great management team! Cristina, Natalia, Jada, and Joyce are an awesome team and have been getting so much done. I really appreciate the value they give your concerns and how quickly they try to resolve whatever issues you may have. The finishes in the units to the amenities are spectacular.

The staff at Biscayne 112 need to be trained on customer service. My time here has been unpleasant due to the lack of communication staff provides and unwillingness to support issues.

Biscayne 112 is beautiful, sparkling new, and a very peaceful community. The units are spacious and amenities next level. The leasing office can be difficult to contact- if you want to live here, persistence is key!

Beautiful layout inside and out, equipped with everything one may need; pool, gym, study room, multi-purpose room, convenience store. Those who work the front desk are friendly and helpful. Michelle and Joyce in the office are amazing. See them if youre interested in becoming apart of the community!

great service specially front desk and maintenance crew. The only downside is the soundproofing of walls. I can hear my neighbors conversations . The kids wakes me up at 6:30 am on weekends speed limit should be enforced at the garage Other than that the experience is Excellent

Biscayne 112 is the newest community in the area. The living environment is a resort like experience . The reception staff are all awesome ! great customer service & very accommodating . Big thanks to Jonathan Jason Andre for assisting me with huge packages that were delivered Biscayne112 is the go to resort style living in Miami
