Cozy, old style - great location

I have lived at this location for almost four years, and I couldn't be happier about my home. It's an older building from the 1930's (not so easy to find in Dallas!), but my landlord and the maintenance staff keep it up beautifully. They do all sorts of routine maintenance without requests (bug spraying, filter changes, etc) and usually respond within 24 hours to maintenance requests. Hardwood floors in the living room, cute funky tiles in the kitchen, and carpet in the bedroom. Definitely would be a little tight for more than one person, but it's perfect for just me. Most but not all units have an assigned space inside the gated parking, but there's also tons of street parking available. No pets allowed, but not a problem for me. The only slightly annoying thing is mail delivery - it seems that Fedex/UPS can't figure out how to take packages to the rear of the building, so I have to have things sent elsewhere. The major bonus is that it's only a ten minute walk from all of the shops and restaurants in the Bishop Arts area, and when the trolley line is expanded, I'll have free access to downtown Dallas. It's the best location if you work in Downtown, as it's maybe a 10 minute commute with no need to get on the highway. Overall, highly recommend this property and Good Space (my landlord).
