Get a room with balcony you won’t regret it. Everything was good minus lack of cleaning for stairways and hallways due to pets. I do not like how certain security doors do not work. Lounge should be open 24/7.

The application process for bixby was very smooth. I was able to apply in person after touring. The guy who toured us was very nice and was knowledgeable in the apartment. So far I have loved living at bixby and the staff is nice and welcoming! Maintenance comes very soon after putting in a request. The maintenance guy is super nice and even will ask you to see if the work that was needed to be done was complete.

Moving into my new apartment has been an exciting and refreshing experience. I’ve enjoyed the process of setting it up to feel like home, from choosing the décor to organizing the space in a way that suits my routine. The transition came with some challenges—like adjusting to a new neighborhood and figuring out the best commuting routes but living her at Bixby has made it relatively easy for me. The strategic location of Bixby has given me the chance to explore my surroundings, meet new neighbors, and establish new habits. One of the things I’ve appreciated the most is having my own space to unwind after school and the amenities Bixby provides. This has really helped with balancing work and personal life. Although there were a few hiccups, like setting up utilities and dealing with the occasional noise from neighbors, I feel like I’ve settled in well. The apartments are well maintained and cleaned. The maintenance is normally pretty fast to get whatever issue you have checked out. There is kind staff. However the parking garage is very tiny and there are little to no convex mirrors in the corners so turning the corners is very dangerous because a lot of the residents speed around them and almost hit you in the process. The halls also have a bit of a smell.

Easy process living here, no issues inside the residence usually quiet unless there is a pool party happening. The towing is a bit much though. They only have about 30 parking spots for guests and if the car isn't in one of those spots it will be towed. They also go inside the gated portion of the parking lot looking for cars to tow. My car has been towed as a paying resident and it was very frustrating have to pay $180 to get it back.

My resident experience has been good. The communication can be better but otherwise everything has been good so far. I like the amenity is and the events at bixby.

I love this building! Everyone is so friendly, carry themselves with respect and treat others with respect. They keep all the facilities pretty clean, and they want the residents to be out and about and active in the community.

Bixby kennesaw has been a great place to live the past few years while at KSU. The location is great and there is a wonderful trail around a pond right across the street that is perfect for walking my dog.

decent so far, it wasn’t very clean upon move in. I had to do a lot myself. The apartment complex seems pretty clean in general however. Only my first day here.

My time so far here has been great! Staff is very very friendly and every problem gets solved in a timely manner! The building is very quiet and peaceful which reminds me a lot of being at home!

I really love living at Bixby. It has amazing amenities and its perfect for Kennesaw students that are looking for living off campus. I love the bus station how the bus comes picks us up and takes us to class.

it’s really nice just some small problems like the elevators not working even before the building was struck by lightning and like my carpet stinking but other than that i love it

I don’t really think that the apartment prioritizes the safety and satisfaction of its residence. I believe that because they know that college students primarily reside here they feel as though they can get away with providing us with bare minimum situations for incidents that are essentially boiled down to their lack of security. Complaints often go on resolved with maintenance men going as far as telling residence there’s nothing they can do because Bixby the company will not provide them with anything else. I have had to on numerous occasions go directly to the parent company, Peak, just to get some type of urgency through Bixby, if you can, I’d suggest living somewhere else.

Bixby is one of the Best places to live in Kennesaw, Georgia if you were going to Kennesaw State University from the loving staff and the wonderful residence, Bixby is a prime location for student housing.

My son is moving in next week. Without notice, he was moved to a different apartment with guys he's never met. Apparently, the one he was promised and completed a roommate-request was not honored - for no given reason. I've spoken to management multiple times with no resolution to move him into the apartment where promised and somewhat unapologetically "made a mistake". NOT a great start to our year at Bixby.

They were not prepared at all for move in day....it took me over 5-6 hours to get my stuff up to my room because they didn't specify a height limit for cars had nothing set up for residents

I've noticed a few issues since moving in. The walls in my apartment have noticeable scratches, which detract from the overall appearance. Additionally, there's a problem with the bathroom tap that I haven't reported yet. Perhaps most concerning is the persistent odor of weed throughout the building, which negatively impacts the living environment. Apart from these issues, everything else has been okay. It's a quite good place overall, though it is on the expensive side

There is some lack in communication and timeliness but other than that okay. Like as of right now I don’t know who my roommates are and where my parking spot is. A few months ago it took me about two months to get an answer to a simple question and to talk to someone that could help with my issue. As a new tenant that is very off putting.

They need to work on the alarms being super loud and the random guests who be having parties. They should give us clean carpet and paint the walls better.

I Love living here had a great time extremely luxurious for it being mainly student living. I love the structure and where it is located. It is only five minutes away from school.

The fire alarm that goes off randomly when it's storming/thundering was very annoying, pretty much leaving me deaf, not only that the gym is so small and half the equipment is broken. Not to mention that the prices are so expensive for a college student, but it's about the same about as any student housing near campus so I don't really know who to blame.

The apartments are clean but look old for me. The staircases need to be clean monthly and the air in the corridors is dense. The gym hours are restricted and doesn’t suit me but that is a personal opinion.

Lots of appliance issues (fridge, washer, microwave, sink). Fire alarm goes off multiple times a month, sometimes for hours at a time. Too many people’s packages get stolen.
