Blackhawk Trails Apartments

Lived here for about a year and had to move due to a job out of state. But during my time this has been the most excellent place to live at. The complex and units are very luxurious. Jessica really manages the place well from administration, events, and communication, and I think thats what sets this place apart from other apartments. The maintenance staff are also very good. I had uneven stovetop prongs due to heat warping over the years. Put a request in. Next day the prongs were all replaced with brand new ones.

Very quite and clean apartments! Pet friendly (dog and cat) and close to highways and city, but still a feeling of being away. Jessica and staff are fantastic! Never had a problem with management and BY FAR the best property management experience I have EVER had. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Absolutely love living here! Nice, affordable apartments, clean, quiet and peaceful. Great location, close enough to the city proper and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It's next to a beautiful park area, has a great pool, and is super pet friendly! A great spot for people of any age!

Blackhawk Trails is one of the best apartment community to live in Middleton. Jessica , property manager, is very professional and friendly. The maintenance team hands any problem very promptly and kindly. They really maintain everything inside and out to keep it looking pretty. I've always felt safe and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. So far, I have enjoying living here and would definitely recommend it.

This apartment complex is in a great location. The amenities are amazing and the maintenance team is very quick to fix anything needing to be fixed in the apartment!

The apartments are conveniently located near plenty of shops and places to eat. It is next to a nice park and peaceful neighborhood. The units are clean and pretty spacious. It’s nice to have a washer/dryer, parking garage and workout center on site

I love living here! Everything is clean and very well maintained. The gym, pool area, community center, hallways, yards, etc are constantly picked up and taking care of. The management responds to any questions/concerns super fast and is always willing to help. HIGHLY recommend living here!

This apartment complex offers a clean and well-maintained living space and wonderful amenities. Also, the maintenance team is exceptionally prompt with repairs.

The place is very well maintained, Jessica and the maintenance team are extremely prompt and supportive. It’s a beautiful location and has a nice landscape, parks around and a lots of children play area. Been living here for 3 months now and it’s just great to be here. If given a chance I would give 7 stars to the property

Apartments are a great quiet location just outside of town. Amenities are great. Jessica is very responsive with any issues. Would recommend.

Clean, quiet, maintained well. A lot of families and dogs but still very quiet. Management and maintenance are friendly and responsive. Could use a bigger dog park, but other amenities are nice and the neighborhood is good for dog walking.

Jessica is an incredible property manager. Everyone that is apart of maintenance does such a fantastic job. This is truly the best place we’ve ever rented. I cannot tell people enough how amazed we are.

They keep a beautiful property and take excellent care of all your needs. The owner of property truly cares about the property and residents.

We definitely made the right decision when we picked our apartment at Black Hawk Trails. We love Madison's westside, and Black Hawk Trails is conveniently located to everything we want to do. The people are incredible at Black Hawk. Jessica, the property manager, is amazing and extremely responsive. We love working with her. Our neighbors are friendly, kind, and considerate. The complex is gorgeous and well maintained. I'm amazed at how hard the staff work. My husband and I look forward to living at Black Hawk Trails for many years to come.

This apartments are great. Jessica (the Property Manager) is excellent. She is responsive, friendly, and very effective in her role. Maintenance was also great when I needed them and the upkeep of the grounds and apartment buildings was excellent. It was a safe place to call home and you can't beat the location.

Lived here since 2015. 2 bedroom apartment and studio. Have nothing bad to say! Any issues or concerns where always taken care of asap. Which was few and far between. Great place to live!

I have been living at Blackhawk trails for a couple months and I am extremely happy with my move! It is in a great location with Greenway Station and West Towne Mall only a few minutes away. I feel safe and comfortable here.

We have been here for a few months and could not be happier. The maintenance staff is so friendly & quick to help if there are any issues that come up. Although the buildings are a bit older, they have done a great job to keep them updated and in great condition. Jessica is also absolutely AMAZING. 10/10 recommend!

We've lived at Blackhawk Trails for almost 2 years and we've had a wonderful experience! Maintenance is very friendly and have always been quick to fix any issues. The Property Manager, Jessica, has been great to work with since the very beginning. The property is beautiful and in a prime location - close to Greenway Station and only about 20 minutes to downtown Madison. Highly recommend Blackhawk Trails!

We have lived here since the end of April and have really enjoyed it so far! Our apartment is spacious and has plenty of storage space. Management is friendly, responsive and tend to maintenance requests quickly. Our neighbors are all very nice and respectful. A lot of them have adorable pets that are always so happy to meet new friends! We have loved how quiet the apartment complex is and how close it is to grocery stores, pharmacies, the Princeton Club, and a lot of our favorite restaurants.

I lived at this complex for 3.5 years and just recently moved out. I had a fantastic experience with property management and maintenance, and would rent with this company again in a heartbeat.

I have lived here for about 2 months now and from the beginning the property manager, Jessica has been professional and extremely responsive to my every request. The clubhouse is very clean and inviting. My first apartment in Fitchburg did not meet my standards as much as my home here.

The lofted apartments are so spacious and amazing. You get to have pets too. It's perfect for the price you pay. All the amenities you need!

I highly recommend the Blackhawk Trails apartments! I lived in a studio for nearly 5 years, and only moved since I purchased a townhome. Otherwise I would have stayed. The size and space met my needs (for myself and my small dog) - large walk in closet, in-unit washer/dryer and bonus storage space in the underground parking area. It was so nice to live across from the park/green space to walk my dog and enjoy during the summer. Jessica, the property manager was wonderful, always quick to respond and accommodating. Maintenance was terrific and provided prompt follow up. Thanks Jessica and Blackhawk Trails for a wonderful renting experience!

Great location.. close to city life, but far enough removed for peace and quiet. Great, professional staff. Clean buildings, friendly neighbors. Great amenities!

I lived here for 2 years and had a great experience. The maintenance staff is extremely friendly and responsive, and all the facilities are well-kept, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. The only dislike comes with living in any apartment complex, is the noise. You can here the water running through the pipes in the walls, and every noise the neighbors make.

I have never lived in an apartment complex before, but really love this Community! Everyone is very friendly and our Apartment is spacious and feels like home! Love that we can have our dog and there are so many areas nearby to walk her. The manager, Jessica is amazing!!

I selected Blackhawk Trail Apartments for the convenient location to my work, church, local shopping, and the belt line. I soon discovered what a great place it is. I love the underground parking with plenty of storage. I have an awesome view of the park and can sit on my deck and read. The neighborhood is very quiet. I enjoy the clean, workout facility as well as the pool area. The buildings are cleaned thoroughly and on a regular basis. The tenants in my building are friendly, and management is supportive and readily available if needed. I would definitely recommend living here.

It is excellent, because it has a pool, a workout room, underground parking, good location, a porch, included amenities. I love being right by a big park.

I had not lived in a apt in over 30 years, so I was very wary about moving in to one. I have been so pleasantly surprised. i am a senior and was concerned about noise. But It's so quiet here! The insulation is not only good for reducing noise, utility expenses are much lower than I'd expected. The common areas are very well maintained. My minor service requests were filled within 24 hours. Ervin the maintenance tech is very polite and friendly. Jessica the manager replies quickly to any inquiry. And because they are pet friendly, I got to adopt a dog to share my new space! I would highly recommend Blackhawk Trails for apartment living.

We moved here in 2018 based on the School district ( I did not see it in peraon) and it turned out to be the best decision given the location and the Management. Firstly,Any essential service or luxury you can think of is within the radius of 2.5 miles. Elementary school, day cares, pharmacy, UW clinic, parks with swings, Basketball/Tennis courts, banks ,etc.. The neighborhood is good. Secondly, the property itself has variety of floor plans. The facilities are good. My daughter loves the pool and the precise Library and we love the Barbecue, specially the sit out. We have never had an issue with our requests for maintenance or upgrading the appliances. The management responds immediately to any concerns. Lastly, the way the COVID-19 situation was handled by the Management is commendable, With regular sanitization and cleaning.

I've lived in three apartments prior to Blackhawk trails with two different management teams, and I can say that Blackhawk easily has the best management. Jessica replies quickly and accurately and updates all the residents with information on maintenance and events. So far we haven't had issues with anything in the apartment, and our one maintenance request was completed within two weeks. My favorite thing about living here is that I have a view of the park and its a decently populated area which makes it feel safe.

We moved to Blackhawk Trails in May 2019 from downtown Madison and never looked back. We lived in two different top-floor loft apartments and both were great, spacious, with a lot of storage space. Love the clubhouse, gym and barbeque spots. Maintenance was always swift and professional, and there were never any issues if appliances needed fixing or even replacing. Finally, we could not say enough praise about Jessica (the property manager), who has been amazing since the very first day when she showed us around. When our lease was coming up, we extended it for another year in a heartbeat.

I moved here in December 2020 after selling my house and I could not be happier. The complex is well maintained and kept very clean which I appreciate. I am really enjoying the well-equipped fitness center and coffee bar. I plan on staying for awhile.

We loved our stay at Blackhawk Trails. Jessica made the move-in process easy. The apartment was attractive with lots of big windows and plenty of storage space. The neighborhood was attractive and felt very safe. There was a park next door. The apartment was conveniently located and a quick 5 minute drive to restaurants and shopping.

I have lived in numerous apartments over the course of my life and this has been the best experience of all of them. I lived in a one bedroom apartment for three years and experienced the best service and attention to detail from the management team I could ever expect. Highly recommended!

I lived here for two years and it was absolutely excellent! Jessica was a great property manager and it was an extremely quiet, and great place to live at a reasonable price. I would have continued living here, but I had to move out of state. Overall extremely comfortable with good amenities.

We have loved living at Blackhawk Trails for the past two years! The apartments and grounds are very well maintained and the amenities are wonderful. We hosted different parties in the clubhouse and enjoyed spending time at the pool. Jessica, the property manager, is very communicative and efficient. The few times we needed maintenance, they were very helpful and responsive. We will miss our home but are so grateful to have called Blackhawk Trails home.

Living in Blackhawk Trails has been wonderful. We love the layout of our apartment and especially enjoy that it is pet friendly and has great storage. The apartments are very well taken care of by the management company inside and out. There are also many great amenities including a fitness center, nearby park, pool, clubhouse, and onsite management. Concerns and questions are addressed quickly and efficiently with courtesy. Including the one time I lost my keys down the elevator shaft! I really enjoy living here.

We were at Blackhowk Trails for more than 4 years. Always well maintained, orderly, and quiet. We had only one occasion to call maintenance and they fixed the dripping kitchen faucet the next morning. Jessica firmly enforces parking rules so there are no derelict vehicles waiting to heal themselves in the parking lot. Plenty of walking/running routes just out the door and a park down the street.

This is our first year living at Blackhawk Trails, and our experience has been extraordinary since Day 1. We looked at newer complexes within the McKenzie group, but we were won over by the home-y, established feel at BHT. The buildings and facilities are well kept, the apartments are very spacious (with TONS of storage), and the staff has been nothing but accommodating -- we always receive quick responses and solutions for even the smallest requests. The neighborhood is safe and our neighbors at BHT are friendly (and quiet). Overall, this is an easy and comfortable place to live!

My daughter has been renting at Blackhawk Trails for the past 3 years. I have been very impressed with the professionalism of the complex combined with their friendliness and genuine caring for their residents. Jessica,property manager, goes out of her way to help residents and seems to know many by name.She and the organization have been very understanding and flexible with needs we have had in the past. The grounds are very nice and meticulously cared for. There is significant green space and open area that you often don't find in large complexes.I have been impressed with the quiet and safe atmosphere over the past 3 years. They seem to constantly be looking for ways to make the complex more enjoyable for the residents. We have found the location to be very accessible for travel, shopping and recreation. Unless there were to be a major life change , our daughter will continue to call Blackhawk Trails home.

My wife and I moved to Blackhawk Trails shortly after we were married 4 years ago and it has been a great experience. Our apartment is spacious, the grounds are well tended and the maintenance and management staff are very friendly and incredibly responsive. Jessica (the property manager) is wonderful to work with personally and professionally and the whole staff is great at creating a warm and comfortable environment at Blackhawk Trails. It's a great location and I highly recommend it to any prospective renter.

We love living here. Our kids are gone and this is just the right size for us. After years of home ownership, it is nice to not have to worry about doing repairs and maintenance. When we need something or something needs to be fixed, we get prompt and courteous attention. It is also very clean and quiet. We like being close to walking and biking trails. A great location.

We are empty-nesters who downsized after our kids left. We find the building well maintained and quiet. The location is very convenient. We would highly recommend this complex.

I can not say enough about how great it is to live here. Jessica is outstanding in everything she does. If you have a problem she is right on it. I would recommend to anyone this is the place to put your root's in. Everyone is very friendly and it is a great place for dog's. There is a park right across the road for the dog's to walk around in. The apartments are well kept!!!
