Property Ratings at Blainewood Oaks
This place is quiet and clean. It’s a small complex and neighbors know each other. For being in the more affordable range, there is no other place that comes close to this. We never have to wait on repairs. I have had 3 roaches in 5 years. If you or your neighbor is messy, you may have roaches. But if you tell management, they respond immediately.
I lived at this property for one year and a half and this is not a good place to live there units are old and haven’t been redone since I don’t know when they have a roach infestation in the walls I always kept my apartment clean and still saw them the manager of the property is always in everybody business the pool doesn’t get cleaned this is not a good place to live.
This place is INFESTED. They refuse to spray apartments regularly and when they do, the spray is a watered down version of the real thing. Terrible.
they have roach problems that they refuse to fix. and when they do "fix it" they just smear crappy paste on my wall that doesn't work. neighbors are very rowdy outside in the parking lots at night and have zero disregard for your privacy and belongings. get better pest control. if you literally just do that i wouldn't have any complaints.
