Property Ratings at Iris
I have been staying here since last April 23 and my experience so far has been great. Compared to the other apartments nearby, this place is worth the price you pay. I love the utilities provided. The ones provided are all in really brand-new condition. I highly recommend this place, especially with family.

So far so good. No inconvenience whatsoever. The place is quiet and neat. The place is very convenient with easy access to gorceries and hospital.

Very good customer service, will recommend to anyone that’s looking for a great place to live. Great staff, lovely homes, I just love everything about the Iris.

Thank you for your review. Our team here at Iris is committed to providing high-quality customer service, and we’re thrilled to hear that we made a good impression on you.
The apartment is nice. Especially for the price. The washer is weirdly broken, the lid won’t stay locked and maintenance said there’s nothing they can do about it. The doors have an awful paint job so it’s hard to open/close. Also, the pool is always closed. However overall it’s really nice apartments with brand new appliances. There is so much security and protective access that I really feel safe here. Maintenance is relatively fast. Sometimes you have to push them a little but overall the staff is really nice.
I applied and was approved within 2 weeks. Douglass did amazing job at picking the right apartment for me. Trash (MLGW) utilities are paid in addition the rent price.

I love living at the Iris. I feel safe and they are very timely when maintenance is needed but I wish the pool was open! I honestly only choose this apartment for the pool area so when it didn’t open I was so disappointed but since I’ve settled in I’ve noticed all the other perks and I love living here. Idk if I’ll sign another year without a pool tho.
Iris apartment is home. The staff are very courteous and friendly. The environment I homely and the neighborhood is great. I particularly enjoy the beautiful view my wide balcony gives me.
Very great experience only thing that can be worked on are the amenities like business center and pool but other than that great resident experience
I really like the gym and the staff is very nice and helpful. I am sad about not having pool access and business center access as they were advertised
So far, everything has been great. The move in process was extremely smooth. Douglas and Caderra are great managers. Maintenance has fixed every issue within a day or two. I literally have no complaints. Security is always present. The best apartment I’ve stayed in so far. I hope they keep it up.
I love my apartment it’s so nice and I just love Mia she is amazing moving it was easy and simple and I love how clean my apartment is before I moved in
Great environment! Staffs are amazing and friendly. Overall 5 stars . Promise you won’t be disappointed when it’s time to move in . I love my new home.
I can honestly say that my stay here at Iris has been very good. The maintenance team is very knowledgeable, friendly and always get the job done. The leasing team is always reachable and reliable. And I just love the upgrades that are taking place. I recommend Iris Luxury Apartments to any and everyone.
Haven’t had any problems except the late responses to my maintenance request. Other than that everything is great. The move in procress is smooth , everything is quicker than expect.

Things started off rocky for us but the staff was hard at work to make it right. Iris could definitely be a premiere luxury apartment with a few tweaks including resident selection. All in all I feel like they’ve done a really great job renovating the building and I know more still needs to be done so I’ll reserve a future review.
Not only is this place really nice and updated but they have the nicest and most dedicated employees in the office. Hannah made sure I was taken care of and the process painless. Highly recommend working with her!
Love, Love, LOVE IT!! Gorgeous! The lady in the office- I think her name was Hannah Jane- was SO nice & very knowledgeable!! And I can keep my dog!! They have a dog park!! And a balcony so I don’t feel like I live in a box!
By far the most worst place I have ever lived in my life. Don’t even bother coming there. That place is full of roaches and water leakages. Their management is so rude and slow. You can’t even sleep with out roaches crawling all over you, and loud noises. Please don’t even think about coming here. I honestly wish they’d shut this place down.
Save yourself lots of headache and frustration and avoid this place at all cost. Don't be fooled by the images on their website as nothing is as it appears. The lobby has a bathroom in it, but is locked for all residents, which as another review stated, would not be a problem if the elevators always worked. One elevator has been out of service since November with absolutely zero effort to fix it. The remaining elevator is constantly overcrowded, has trash in it, or just doesn't work. If something breaks in your apartment, then don't even bother placing a maintenance request. After speaking with other residents on our floor we discovered someone had gone without a refrigerator for 3 months while we have been without an oven for nearly 4 months. The maintenance crew here is completely overwhelmed and not given the proper tools, but I do believe they try their best with what they are The water is turned off quite often in order to repair leaks in the building. The pest control issue is ignored. The halls are disgusting with stained carpet, no ceiling tiles, trash. The parking lost is unmaintained and littered with trash and disregarded furniture from people. Unfortunately there is not an option to give this place 0/5 stars. Avoid living here.
If I could I would rate 0 star. However I cannot. This place is a nightmare. It started by the fact that I didn't have my apartment on time (and I was moving in from another country, so I had to stay in a hotel paying around 500$ until they find me an apartment - which I had previously applied for!!!). I had chosen to live in a renovated apartment, however, when I moved in they were still fixing stuff, there was no kitchen sink, no microwave, fridge, the walls were not painted, anyways, they hadn't finished the renovation of the apartment I had applied for months ago!!! Actually, after 8 months, I still have issues (the bathtub is full of scratches, disgusting, and that was supposed to be renovated). So, if you are planing to move here, make sure you have an apartment before bringing all your stuff (and I don't know how you will be able to know that, because they never answer the phone nor reply e-mails). The management is far away from efficient, they are very slow in fixing problems and taking care of stuff. Really, the management is horrible and make this place worse!!! You open a work request, and after days they close it because they want to, not because they fixed the problem. The neighbors are very dirty, the elevators always have trash, and SOMEONE URINED IN THE ELEVATOR at least twice. So the neighbors in general are also bad, the hallways are always smelling either marijuana or cigarettes and other stuff that I cannot imagine what it is. The parking lot is not enough for everyone and there are abandoned cars that only now they are trying to get rid of. You ask for pest control, and they will think about if you really need it, and if you do, you'd better have clean neighbors, otherwise they will put the blame on then and will say that they cannot help. The elevator is always not working, you have to wait a lot on hush hours, and they always say they are trying to fix it, but it takes tooooooo long. And on the top of all that, we pay a ridiculous expensive amount for the rent!!! You can find better and cheaper places to live if you have a car, so run away from this place. If you don't have a car and have to work at UT or Le Bounher, I'm sorry for you, but this is your best hit, unfortunately.
If you you work third shift or are off work any weekdays forget it. They have been remodeling for months now and the noise never stops. I'm not talking just annoying background noise I'm talking knock the fillings out of your teeth noise. I literally cannot talk on my phone without leaving my apartment for a quieter place. We also had one elevator down for about a month and tenants would still take the elevator from the second floor to the ground floor. All of the security locks on theain entrances were broken for a week recently and the solution was to just prop the doors open so anyone walking by could see how vulnerable we were. Since the new management took over things have gotten worse. Don't be fooled by any positive reviews of this place. They are highly suspect. I have never met a fellow tenant who had many positive things to say about blair towers.
