Nestled just north of I-30, North Arlington is an idyllic neighborhood with a distinct suburban atmosphere. Wide roads are lined with lush trees and modern homes throughout North Arlington, while North Collins Street touts plenty of familiar commercial offerings, from chain restaurants to national retailers.
North Arlington’s sprawling parks and scenic golf courses stand in stark contrast to the bustling environment on the southern side of I-30, which is where you’ll find popular destinations like Six Flags Over Texas, Globe Life Park (home of the Texas Rangers), and AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys). North Arlington residents enjoy a quiet place to come home to as well as convenience to some of the Metroplex’s most exciting amenities.

Property Ratings at Blakely Apartments
Ownership changes here every few years (along with the name), management changes every few months and sometimes even WEEKS. If you submit a maintenance request, they'll leave it and hope you just forget about it. Their favorite statement about anything is "We'll get it taken care of," but they never do and will give you the runaround on it until you either give up or stand there and hold their hand until they make it right. You pay for things that you never receive (workout room, pool, PEST CONTROL). The office staff has an incredibly apathetic attitude-- and as soon as city Code Compliance comes around, they'll check off all service requests as completed, whether they actually are or not. They're all about making the outside of the apartments look nice but once you're in, they don't care about the inside. You can do better, renter.

Hello, we regret to hear that you are displeased with your experience with us. Given the nature of your concerns, please visit our team at your earliest convenience to resolve your concerns.
These apartments are horrible to live in. There was a shootout in the parking lot at 4 pm. (2020) Neighbors sitting on stairs all day and night asking if you need anything when they see you. If you rent there, make sure you live on the top floor because neighbors get rowdy at night and like to pop their hand cannons. Someones window and several cars have been hit with them during my stay there. And let’s not forget that this place was severely damaged by the winter storm in 2021. With that being said they only replaced carpet and some appliances then painted over the mold. Me and my family were sick with sinus infections almost the entire time that we lived there due to the mold. Make sure to go there at night and walk around and you can see the cockroaches scattering around. dogs running around loose everyday. Kids damaging cars and making dents or egging cars also the cameras don’t work in the parking lot they are just for show
Try and get anything fixed is a joke. Will tell you that they will send, and don't hold your breath. Plumbing issues all the time, smells if open your windows. People let there dogs run free off leashes and do not clean up after them. Renovated units after flooding, is just repaint and patch. Yes, the did put in new appliances only because they had to. Regret moving here.

Our goal at any Ashland Greene Community its always 5 star service and we strive for that everyday. You can email me anytime @ jana@ashlandgreene.com and I would be happy to speak with you further.
I have lived here for 5 years, i have seen management come and go, but Christina and Susanna in the office here really care about what happens to us, good or bad, they just care and that means the world to me. The maint. keeps up with my work orders when I need something, the price is reasonable for how close I am to everything in Arlington, and I love the upgrade that they have put in here. Its not the newest place in town, but I love the huge closets and my town home feels like home to me, I will be here for a while

Thank you so much for your very kind review of our lovely ladies in the office and amazing maint. teams. We are so happy that you are cared for at Blakely and we will strive to continue to give you the 5 star service that you deserve!
A pretty quiet if you have kids it’s a nice chill place to live! Me and my family have had no issues as far as neighbors everyone keeps to themselves. Loud street if you do get an apartment by the street lots of cars race throughout the night , fire station down the street so lots of sirens. Never stopped my little one from sleeping so not too crazy Rent is reasonable although if you are late on rent they will quickly put a eviction notice on your door they won’t work with you. There are no working cameras on the premises my car got broken into once told the office & the lady said “that sucks”. The women in the office are very slow and they RARELY EVER ANSWER THE PHONES . But i will say If you are looking at this for more of a first time apartment or just now getting out on your own it’s perfect :) just make sure your lock your car doors at night and leave nothing valuable inside .
The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because I don't live here yet. I was greeted by Elizabeth and she took my boyfriend and I to two model homes. Me and my boyfriend really liked her! She was so nice, wanting to get to know us, and asking lots of questions about our needs. The property is big, the pools and fitness center are nice, and the laundry facility even has places to swipe your card instead of getting coins! Complex was so big and the area was nice. Can't wait to move in soon!
I am not pleased at all with the owner/new management. Firstly, it already seems like the are increasing the rent because they decided to paint the buildings this horrible blue color and add covered parking.Secondly, they are so quick to add eviction notices on your door. Since I moved here my rent has ALWAYS been paid at least a week in advance. I was 2 days late, charged and then threatened with an eviction letter for a few dollars in late fee payments, not even my rent. The upsetting part is I have a large deposit and they never sent an initial letter, just an eviction notice.Lastly, the apartments are beginning to look aweful and dirty. I truly loved the old management team, they were so much more cordial and understanding. They also turned the water off a few weeks ago, said it would only be 8 hours, it was not turned on until after 10pm and that was since 8am. I most definitely will not be renewing my lease!!! I am upset because I love the location. Keep looking elsewhere, there are several better apartments in the area. Also,I am far from being a disgruntled tenant,I am just not pleased with the changes.
If I could give them a negative score I would! My fiancé and I lived there for a year in half. No problems until new management took over . Management are rude and never here for you. We were good tenants, paid our rent on time, utilities were paid when they were due and when we moved out they sent us a bill for things that were suppose to be included in our rent. I do not recommend living here.
The previous management was much better the new management is the worse ever I have seen. They want to get rid of the residents. In last 4 months about 30% of my neighbors moved out. They increased prices by $200. They don't do pest control. Last time, I had fire ants in my apartment. They just sent someone. many apartments were flooded last week. I think I am moving out when my lease ends next April. Don't come live here, look for a safer place.
I have been living here since May of 2015 and I really haven't had any problems with this community. The apartments are pretty descent, quiet, crime free (my personal experience), and overall pleasant. My only issue would be the management. At the time of me leasing, the team was ok. A bit nonchalant and sometimes snotty. My kitchen roof was leaking for like a month when Dallas had the month long rainy days and they took their time to patch it up until they can permanently fix it. It seemed as if they didn't care. After that, I didn't have much contact with the office other than paying rent. Recently, new management has taken over. I must say that I am pretty pleased with the take over. They are sweet and caring and very understanding. They fixed my plumbing issue in 2 days. I complained about that with the other management team for a month. I talked to Kimberly and within 2 days, done! The community seems to be so much better. They fixed the foundation problems, maintenance walks around ALL the time, they answer their phones!! The vibe in the office is very welcoming. I can't remember the Property Mgr's name but I had a conversation with her and it left me with a warm feeling. Very nice staff and community. I recommend this property not only for the new management but you are also in the best location. You're next to EVERYTHING!
This apartment is wonderful and excellent. Lots of storage space. The staff is very courteous and professional, and they are on point with everything. This is the perfect location, with Six Flags, Hurricane Harbour, Cowboy Stadium and the Rangers Stadium very close by. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay.
The only thing that's bad about this apartment complex is that it seems every two weeks they have a leek and have to turn off the water. And the first three months of living here I didn't even have hot water. But other then that it has been a awesome place to live.
