Property Ratings at Blankenbaker Crossings Apartments
This place used to be great, I've lived here for years, but they've completely run it into the ground. There are NO modern appliances, 10-15 year old stoves that barely get hot, refrigerator with rust patina that doesn't work. They refuse to upgrade or improve anything they have without massive rent hikes. They've already hiked rent 20% in the last two years with NO changes or improvements to the property. They are 30% higher than what an average apartment rents for in the city (one with the same square footage, modern appliances, nice floors, not old carpeting) and they refuse to upgrade anything unless you agree to further rent increases. Go ANYWHERE but here, trust me, you will save an enormous amount of money, have a much nicer apartment, and not have to worry about jerks deciding to raise rent for absolutely no reason other than they feel like it.
El mejor lugar que he vivido y muy arrepentida de haberme ido ,lo recomiendo mucho ,el personal de la oficina son maravillosos y muy atentos,el mantenimiento está a la orden para cualquier necesidad,no tengo quejas , Los apartamento espacioso y muy lindos y limpios,quisiera en el futuro regresar pues tuve muy linda experiencia en el lugar le doy un 100 de 100
Blankenbaker Crossings Apartments is a great place to live. From the tentative staff to the well maintained units to the well manicured landscaping; this apartment community is a great place to call home!
This complex is in the east end in the Blankenbaker area. We have 1 and 2 bedroom units with some facing a small lake with a water fountian.. Pet friendly, dog park,playground. pool laundry if needed but units have hookups. The staff is very friendy and maintance is great. Units are total electric with ceiling fans and walkin closets. The area is very safe we have a police officer living here. Ther are plenty of restaurnts near by as well as retailers.
Blankenbaker Apartments is a neighborhood filled with amazing people, its a community where your neighbors become friends. The staff from the office to the grounds keeper take pride in our neighborhood. If you are looking for a place to call home and want that neighborhood feel, then Blankenbaker Apartments is where you need to live.
