Absolutely the worst place to live. Management is horrible. 2 years to fix leaking garbage disposal. 1 month to have dryer replaced. Almost a full year with a hole in my master bath ceiling from a leak upstairs. (Still wasn't fixed when I left). Months for a leaking tub faucet to be repaired, tub was just running. A cracked shower pan never fixed. The list goes on and on. Paid my rent in full through covid all the way to the end of lease. After move out, the apartment was scheduled for a full remodel. They decided I owed them for carpet, it wasn't new at move in. (was there 3 years) The tub was peeling from a poor refinish. I have a complete video walk though and pictures of the tub, shower, hole in the ceiling, ect. They never gave anything in writing, not that it mattered.

Went to view a place and the lady that sent me on a “self guided tour” wrote the wrong unit number on the paper , so i ended up going to someone’s apt , i never dealt with anything like that before , I’ll avoid these apts if you can

I applied to this apartment. I never received an email of approval or denial. I called daily and could never reach an actual human. It finally got to the point I thought it was all a scam. I eventually went on to the website and said my application was denied but had no reasoning of denial listed. Still unable to reach anyone a week later. I finally received a response after I reached out to corporate. Then I received a email stating my application was denied and I’ll receive my admin fee within 30 days by mail. Very unprofessional.’

Management is terrible in communication via E-Mail and phone. They will approve you with one apartment and later on change the move in date as well as a different apartment which could be a rushed job in renovating. Once you sign the lease, there is no turning back. Think and check the apartment twice before making a decision.

Terrible management. Gym never open. Lots of hidden fees in the monthly payment!
Horrible place! Water always getting cut off. Washers and Dryers don’t work. They get you moved in and never do anything they’re supposed to do. Extra Fees!!!!! Management sucks. Keep your money and move somewhere else!!!! You’ll regret moving in!
DO NOT MOVE IN! This place is so unprofessional! We were not able to move in during our move in date because they had left a mess! We had already paid to move but we couldn’t move in till a week later! We were promised a credit for that week but it was never given to us. If you want to move in and have a oven not work for more the time duration you are residing at the apartment and not be given a working mail key but you still have to pay for the mailing fee be my guest! This place is not worth your money! You will have problems!
This is the most unresponsive management that I’ve ever experienced. Leasing office doesn’t answer phone calls, emails, nor tickets yet they are always in the office. Took them one month to fix my AC and I had to beg them in person to have it fixed 4 TIMES. It will stress you out living here. They do not care about their tenants at all.
It takes days for you to get in contact with anyone in the office. No one responds to emails or answers calls. My refrigerator was broken and it took 4 weeks for them to finally replace it and then when they finally did it was filthy.
Pick somewhere else to move to. They will tell you whatever you need to hear for you to lease an apartment , nothing ever gets done and you will need to literally bombard them with phone calls for someone to even acknowledge wen after you finally get someone to respond and they tell you that it will be addressed , nothing gets done !.curb appeal looks good but it is really all a facade
Worst service. Dont rent here. Because if anything breaks it will take the office weeks to get anything done since they absolutely dont care for the residents needs.
Looking for a rental during a pandemic is challenging. The staff is professional, maintenance is responsive, the amenities, plentiful. Multi-residential living comes with it's set of problems in my short time here, they've been mitigated.
I tried helping a friend apply for bloom and no one answered the phone for her not called her back, I wouldnt recommend anyone else. I cant believe that its hard to get in touch with someone in the office its very frustrating and makes me not want to resign my lease.
Worst communication from all forms of management and staff in regards to emails, voicemails, and regular phone calls. It took 2 weeks to get our AC fixed which was considered and emergency as the temperature was reaching 85 and up.
I am STILL missing my smoke detector (against the law) , 3 blinds, all 3 faucets are leaking and not to mention there is a breach in contract. I was charged for a day I didn’t have access to the unit. Staff does not answer so don’t tell me to reach out. This is sad.
The administrative team of Elizabeth, Maria and Chrystal have been most helpful in my moving in and dealing with understanding the billing and community rules. As a retiree, I am new to renting and their assistance has been very informative. Also, on going notices now on pet protocols, valet living and tips for community living have resulted in better maintenance by all. This is the go to team!!
Bloom is very dirty on the outside. Residence doesn't clean or pick up after themselves. Don't wait on maintenance to get to your work order, because you will be waiting far too long.
I hadnt had any issues until now. Almost 9 month from my initial move in. Apartment has multiple maintain es work orders open and only excuses due to COVID they cant resolve on time almost after 2 weeks.
Bloom has the worse timing service maintenance. It feels like the request will never be addressed and there isnt any type of follow up even when the service has been requested a month ago. And no one ever answers the office number.
Beautiful amenities. It was definitely home for me and my dogs. But too much crime and police activity in the community. Too many break ins resulted in needing us to move out.

Overall the layout of the apartment is great. The balcony are huge for the 2 bedroom units walls are pretty thin we can hear everything going on above us
The apartment that I am renting is nice. It's a 1 bedroom/1 bath apt, 832SF, with stainless steel appliances. The bathroom is located in the bedroom with no door. So you hear everything and everyone has to go through your room to use the restroom. There is also no vent so your room gets steamy. Large tub, separate room for the toilet, large walk-in closet. Washer and dryer room that is located in the kitchen/dinning room area. Other than that there is not a lot of storage space in the apt. The balcony has a small storage closet where the water heater is located. It also has a gas fireplace. They are all corner units with private stairs. So that's pretty awesome. The area in which it is located is quiet and private. The grounds are nicely kept and well lit at night. They have 2 dog parks but I don't take my dog because other pet owners do not pick up after them. They have a gym but it's closed. They have 2 pools and 2 jacuzzis but they are not open. Actually one of the pools and jacuzzis are being renovated but it's been a few months. So there are no amenities to be used. It's a gated community. The gate satys open till 5pm then you'll need a code to get in. There are plenty of trash dumpsters in the complex. They charge you for trash valet and cable/wifi bundle and your water bill is split with your building neighbors. So if you go out of town you will still pay for their usage.
I would not recommend this complex to anybody that may be looking for a place to live it's overpriced the front office staff is rude and unfriendly and unhelpful. And Lord forbid if you need an answer regarding an overcharge on your rent because they will just literally give you the runaround and nobody will address the issue.
I don't recommend moving here due to no one from the office calls you back if you have any issues.
Place is a joke maintenance dont have there stuff together always waiting never showing up. Plus what ever your rent is you can plan on spending 300 on top of that in fees.
So far I love living here hope I can continue to afford staying without having to move because of rent going up so much. I'm on fix income and can only afford so much nothing higher
Depending on who you talk to in the office on the phone, they arent the friendliest or seem like they really want to help. They act like its almost an annoyance to them or thats how I feel anyway
the manager is very irresponsible. When they fixed the parking lots, he didn't notify me and he sent the tow truck to take my car. I paid. she never answered the phone. they stopped answering my calls. the service in the office is very poor. they should change manager
Bloom Apartments was amazing towards me and my husband first moving in. The move in was a success and we both love the new place, we call this little apartment of ours our home now. We wouldnt want to change it for anything else. We just got married recently so this was our first apartment together as a married couple. I love living at Bloom. My 0ne-bedroom apartment here is larger than any other in Las Vegas, The space is designed to maximize the feeling of separate rooms where my dining is away from the sink or stove and the The bedroom is large enough with a roman tub and toilet door, The patios have private walls. The green areas lead walkers to more trees and picnic areas.
This place used to be nice and quite when we first moved in but now a lot of bad people are moving in and there is always trash everywhere and they blare their music all hours of the day and night. Tried calling management over and over again to complain and no one answers the phone. I don't mind noise, but to pay as much as we do and to not be able to sleep at night or even have a moment of peace during the day is ridiculous.
When moving into bloom, my apartment wasn’t quite ready. But with the help of the maintenance manager Dustin, he was efficient and affective on getting the issues handled promptly. Being kind goes a long way while reading others reviews, it seems that the reasons people have is because they don’t handle things in a practical matter. The company has tools like an app that make it simple for the property to help you. Help them help you and they do a great job! Dustin has made the experience so much better!

Awful communication skills, my apartment has great potential and wouldve been perfect if they wouldve placed me in the one I was originally told Id be in, and were able to properly clean and fix any broken or missing aspects of the apartment. Overall its upsetting that I moved across the country and paid all this money to move into a apartment here and no one even cares if it was satisfactory for me when I got here. On top of that Ive been here for two weeks and the things that were broken when I moved in, still are.
We moved in with Reyana, she was super patient and thorough with us when it came down to everything. The process was smooth and easy. She was the best and I highly recommend her to anyone. She knows how to take care of people just the way she did for us. So much appreciation. Thank you!
The tow truck took my car. sent by the Bloom departments office, without giving me any notice. I have wanted to talk to the manager and she is never there and she has never called me. the manager is very irresponsible. I asked them for the proofs of their ads and they didn't give them to me. because they know they are guilty. Since that day they have not answered the phone, but I already have a complaint with the state ready. I'm still waiting for your response from the manager. they never came to fumigate. nor to fix the microwave oven, which does not work. the only ones that do their service well are those of maintenance outside. They are the only ones who respond. their service in these departments is really bad, poor and lacking.
I liked at first but now running into issues with things going wrong in apartment. Some things resolved in a timely manner. Other be awaiting microwave repair. No communication from Management and poor communication from maintenance supervisor which now i have to place a formal complaint. I will not continue to live here once lease is up.

No one answers the phone no one knows who the manager is. If you have a problem it takes months to resolve. I had to wait 3 months before they installed a working stove and oven!! It took about the same tim to fix a leak in my bathroom. People stealing things off your patio no security whatsoever!! Homeless people wondering all over the property cars being broken into left and right. Police are here almost daily and rats infest your outside storage so you can't store anything in there. And when you try to contact management about these issues they ignore it. You leave a message several times and no return call back!!! Like I said DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!
Im a new resident of a week. The community is clean neighbors are nice and quiet. Leasing online was easy. The unit looks better in person than the virtual tour. Minor issues with staff response and feedback on repairs. I do not like the bathroom faucet. It sprays instead of runs so water goes everywhere.
At first I enjoyed living here and so I decided to renew my lease. But now I am charged maintenance fees and I am not informed when my work order will be resolved and it's been close to 1 month.
The bloom apartments office staff is terrible. Rude, unorganized, and unprofessional. Regret moving here and honestly cant wait to leave

Beautiful and relaxing apartments! Atmosphere definitely makes you feel right at home. Gorgeous remodeling. My only concern is how maintenance fails to report to requested services. Not one phone single phone in days regarding my request. Just get an email a couple days later asking to leave them a review. Well, here it is.
