I moved to these beautiful apartments. I feel welcomed with Chris every time I stop by the office. I am happy to live in a well maintained property..

I'm new to the area and when I drove up the property is well maintained. The leasing agent was extremely nice. Looking forward to moving in.

I love the peacefulness of this property. The tree lined streets make it feel welcoming and homey. The apartments are bright, clean and updated. Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and was very professional. Great place all around!

I recently moved from a less than complex, and was worried about my move in process again. The staff were so helpful and walked me through every step of the way. I could do most of the process online which really streamlined my move in process.

The property manager and staff truly care about their residents. I always feel like they know how it feels to live here and they always are willing to help with every problem I have in a respectful amount of time.

I live in a townhome and I could not be happier! It's amazing to be able to sit on my patio and grill out especially since summer is almost here. Great management and beautiful property!

It’s a fine place to live, very close to grocery/food. My issue is that the photos on here are nothing like the apartment my boyfriend and I got. We moved in 10ish months ago and everything said “NEW” this and that, but our kitchen and bathroom look nothing like what is in the listing pictures, not even close. Half the outlets throughout the place aren’t sturdy and there are so many rough spots in our carpet from whatever previous owners did here, carpet wasn’t even vacuumed and bathroom/toilet wasn’t even clean when we moved in. I did all of that myself. It’s and ok place but just be prepared that your apartment may look nothing like the photos and you may have to clean the place yourself when you move in.

Recently renovated and feels like luxury living without the price tag

I have referred numerous friends to this apartment complex in the Dayton area. They are very nice quality for the price. A woman by the name Audrey was very helpful.

The leasing agent was so helpful. When you call to check on an apartment,,, it turns out they have sister properties. The agent offered additional prices and different locations to help find a perfect fit. They really had my best interest at heart and weren't intimidating at all. They make you feel like you made a friend... and they take cats too! :)

Best place to live in the area! On my 4th year. Always happy to come home to a nice place. I have lived at some of the other places here in Trotwood and this one is by far the nicest. Costs a little more than the other places but is worth every penny. Never have any problems and the staff is always nice when I do need something. Just renewed my lease again. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a nice place.

I love living at Bloomfield. The staff are nice and informative. Maintenance is always quick and the ground are always clean. The other residents are friendly, and all seem to be professionals. My apartment was updated and convenient. The dumpsters are all close and easy to use for trash. Parking and other general on site amenities are nice. I would absolutely recommend living here to a friend or family member. The staff really treats me like kin.

I’ve lived here for over a year and every time I have an issue it’s fixed within the same day. I can’t say the same for the other apartments I’ve lived in

These apartment caught my eye when doing a drive by! I enjoyed the different color buildings. Yet, when I came inside it just got better and better every second. I’m so in love with these apartments!

The tour was wonderful and greatly explained. They were able to go over all of my questions and had more to offer. I loved the fact that they have a laundry area within the community just incase I don't have a washer and dryer. It was also nice that it felt much like their own community and had nice walk ways for a person like me who is always ready for a walk outside. I also was excited I could have my dachshund with me. Great place with a lot to offer

This apartment complex is so relaxing. I was able to take a tour a couple weeks ago and fell in love with it. My favorite part was knowing that there is a washer and dryer hookup in the 2 bedroom apartment. I wanted to make sure this was something I could get and they were able to offer it! Love the area and how close it is to a lot of things.

First off I want to start by saying Taryn is great! She showed me a two bedroom town home and it was really nice. I love that they have a washer and dryer inside, it makes doing laundry so much easier. Maintenance is really nice and they keep things updated, and the grounds are always clean and taken care of. I love it here.

Moved here after I got out of school. Really like it. Been a nice quiet place for me to have since I finally got out of college living. Happy to call this place home! Will be here till I buy a house unless my Job moves me.

Has been the best choice I made when I moved to Dayton. Glad I didn't choose anywhere else. Going on 5 years now. Has been so quiet while working from home here lately. Love it here.

This place is home. I'm raising my kids here. More than anything the staff is amazing and have always been with charity and charge. I always know what I get with this community. Safety, piece, quiet and sense of family..Wheather your stay will be short or long, it will be memorable and beneficial.

Been a good place for me after my divorce. Real nice place for my kids to stay at when they are here. My townhome is one of the new ones with the gray carpet and I really like it. Will be here a few more years until I build my credit back up to buy another house. With my current situation could have lucked into a better place.

So far this place has been great for us, My neighbors are all friendly and nice. is quite as far as apartments go. Like it a lot!

I think this is a great place. It is close to my work my neighbors don't bother me. it is always pretty quiet. and my apartment is really nice. never had to deal with maintenance but the office staff have always seemed overly nice and happy to see me.

I used to live here. I would still be living here if I did not get relocated at my job. Rob was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He helped me with any issues I had and was completely understanding. I was there thru the renovations. It was great to see so much pride taken into a community. I love the new company that took over. They care about the residents.
