We have lived here for almost a year and we have loved it so far. We love having a garage to keep your car clean during the winter and a pool to cool off during the summer. Maintenance has been awesome about fixing any problems that we have had timely. Ted has done a fantastic job! Plenty of space and pet friendly.

I’ve lived here for three years and it is by far the best place I’ve lived. Garage to keep your car clean during the winter, pool to cool off during the summer, what’s not to love? I have an excellent working relationship with management and maintenance has improved in the last year or so. Plenty of space and pet friendly. We are all so comfortable and happy living here.

We were told they had a 2 car garage unit available on October 11th so we "needed to apply" fast to secure the unit. After all applications and fees were completed, fast forward a week, we were told the unit we wanted isn't available. Bloomfield then offered a substitute option which was available in November which was a month later than needed and that unit did not meet the needed criteria we requested. Informed them this wasn't going to work, so we were told over the phone we are out the application fees but would be refunded our $200 admin fees. It is commonsense that if you would of been upfront that the unit we requested wasn't available or not available in time frame we needed to move then we would not of proceeded in completing the paperwork. Another month goes by and no refund to our account so we reach out. Chris then goes on to tell us that all application fees are non refundable for cancellation and unit assignment is not guaranteed. You confirmed availability with a move in date, took our money, then told us after the fact that you couldn't deliver and tried to substitute with an inferior option. That's bait and switch.

I love Bloomfield it is well maintained and the office staff are friendly. I have been here for over a year and have not had any issues. The townhomes are spacious and well kept.

They will find a reason to deny your application if they don't want you to move in there. Even if everything is good. First your approved, then your denied. After a $50 per person app fee btw.

The staff are friendly, fair and helpful. No matter what my problem has been, they fixed it right away. When we first moved in, the carpet upstairs had been replaced, but the downstairs was in great condition and only needed to be cleaned. Unfortunately, the previous tenants had a cat that they didn't tell the management about and my son had a severe allergic reaction to the cat hair in the carpet requiring a trip to the med center. They had someone out to clean the carpet specifically for allergens that day and had them come out a second time the following week. When the control panel on the microwave went bad, they installed a brand new microwave in three days. I have yet to encounter a bug inside my apartment. The community is kid friendly, yet still quiet with a reasonable curfew and visible nighttime security presence. The pool and hot tub are very well maintained, as are the grounds. The room they have available to rent for parties at a very reasonable price is spacious and has plenty of party supplies. The floor plans are spacious, the gas fireplace and deck are nice. The location is within walking distance of lots of stores, restaurants, banks and a movie theater. The location is perfect for schools. The elementary school is the best in the district and they have a bus stop inside the community. The middle school and high school are both great and within walking distance. My children love it here and so do I. I won't be moving for many years to come.... if ever!
