Blossom plaza has been a great apartment. The staff is great and friendly. During events in the park it can get a little noisy at night. But the building itself is great.

Excellent neighbors and a great staff who respond quickly and efficiently to all concerns make Blossom Plaza a standout among the other residential choices downtown LA. The security team has been proactive keeping the homeless population in check.

Overall, the staff is nice, responsive, accommodating, but a lot of unnecessary charges. I also find it gets noisy in the park due to the events. Not a lot but enough to be annoying and maybe not be worth the cost.

Clean communal spaces, nice & helpful staff, and spacious apartments! I love that maintenance is super responsive. But I do I wish that the bedrooms were hardwood instead of carpet.

I love living here, the building and amenities are awesome, the location and parking lot make it convenient to take transit or drive to wherever I need to go. The walls are thick enough that I never really hear my neighbors and the staff that works the building are top notch and keep things clean and working well.

I need my air filters changed regularly and the maintenance team is always quick to respond. They are always patient, polite and helpful. I see them around the community working hard keeping things in top shape. I've lived here for many years and plan to stay for many more. Great job, team Blossom Plaza!

Blossom plaza have great leasing management and great security team and manger have a lot of thing to do like pool gym club room for you and your guest .

This is the best neighborhood in LA and Blossom Plaza is the best building in Chinatown, hands down. The staff here is amazing, you never wait long for a maintenance request (and the only thing I needed was a lightbulb change-- nothing breaks here!), and the other residents are very nice. I love the Amazon locker hub, the outdoor grills, the pool, and I also love my view.

Blossom Plaza is on the best block in the best neighborhood in LA, Chinatown. The staff on site is top notch, the apartments are beautiful, and the residents are very nice. I can't say enough about how much I love living here!

My bathroom pocket door was stuck, and Frank came by and fixed it. The leasing office sent all these messages and reminders to check our appliances before the holidays to avoid any delays in our holiday preparations, and I'm so grateful for those reminders! I checked my oven and there was an issue, which Frank was able to fix right away.

Blossom Plaza is a fantastic place to live. It is definitely a better location for younger residents due to the amount of events and bars around. Their nightlife on the weekends will never cease to amaze me. The security workers, especially Stephen have been a fantastic in keeping us safe. The maintenance crew do their best to make sure they can assist us with any unit issues you may have. The leasing office has plenty of kind faces and can help you when looking for the perfect unit. Definitely recommend living here.

value of living at Blossom Plaza is unsurpassed. The staff is mostly the same from when I moved in and they are very friendly. I know that if I need anything they are always there. There was an issue with the trash last month but the communication from the office was helpful and made the inconvenience more bearable. I will be renewing my lease as long as I can.

The staff is excellent and place high value in safety, customer service and cleanliness. Stephen, Frank, Jen, the guard crew each make it feel welcome and at home. The responsiveness to concerns and maintenance are swift and pleasant. Being adjacent to a metro train station is also a fantastic convenience and 2nd option.

I live in a one bedroom for six years. I love my appliances, the community room and gym. It makes me happy to use the community room and it has free WiFi. The staff is warm and the building is clean.

Finally found my forever home! I have had several terrible past experiences with other apartment buildings and locations… ranging from horrific neighbors to lack of safety. I can tell you 100% I have had NONE of those problems here. From the day I moved in Stephen (the head of security)has taken any comments or concerns I have had with due diligence and fast response time. It’s just comforting to know you have someone who cares about the residences on hand, as a lot of times that isn’t the case. The whole front desk team is friendly, attentive, and present. I enjoy the use of the amenities on premise as well, they are always functional and clean. I look forward to many more years in this glorious building!

Blossom Plaza has been a wonderful home for the last year. The staff is excellent and efficient, they have all the amenities you could hope for, and the location within Chinatown is wonderful. I've enjoyed living here and having the chance to attend events and get to know a new spot within Los Angeles! One pain is during Dodgers season as the traffic buildup makes it difficult to get in and out of the parking garage or really drive around the area. Plan accordingly!

The staff is wonderful and is always looking out for the residents. The noise is kind of loud on weekends because of the retail tenant club nights.

There was an issue with my kitchen light and circuit breaker and Jose fixed it that same day. Its so easy to submit a maintenance request through the app, and I get updated every step of the way! Jose wore booties and all the necessary PPE and was polite, patient and respectful. Even my dogs like him!

Love living here. The location and building up keep is excellent. The maintenance staff is super helpful and easy to work with. The front desk and leasing staff are very responsive.

Been living at Blossom Plaza for exactly one month. If you can justifying the price tag, Blossom will not disappoint. I'm currently in a one bedroom, but I have a roommate to share the cost. We got a floor-to-ceiling curtain that has full cover to turn the living room into a bedroom, and honestly it doesn't affect daily living, but will definitely be looking for a 2 bedroom here in the future. The gym is amazing and the package delivery service rocks. I would love a sauna near the gym to further unwind, but what Blossom has now works just fine. Overall I'm loving it here!!

If youre looking for style and a great way to transition into moving to Los Angeles, I would say choose Blossom Plaza. Its my favorite complex Ive lived in thus far because of the apartment style, the community, ALL the amenities it comes with, and the beautiful Los Angeles Historic State Park in your backyard!

All the staff on site do a great job at taking care of the residents. The location is also great, close to freeways and DTLA. Amenities are always well kept and clean. The only minis I would say is the noise during weekends from some bars around the apartment.
