Maintenance worker came out immediately (after hours) for our refrigerator problem and provided a temporary refrigerator before our food spoiled. The maintenance person provided excellent service.

It's like living in a vacation. The facilities re great. Management is awesome to work with - one or two minor problems I had (think ice maker broken - really minor stuff) have always been fixed inside of two hours

Blu Harbor is a hidden gem in Redwood City. It has everything and it's all new and well maintained. All appliances are Whirlpool and design is nice inside and out. Leasing staff is great, they are responsive and knowledgeable about property. As a matter of fact, the leasing staff is so great that they should be the benchmark for every other leasing property in the peninsula. Windows are great, they insulate sound and weather very well. Neighbors are nice, but generally keep to them selves.

Leasing office and maintenance staffs are always very courteous and professional. I rarely have the opportunity to address any issues, but when the occasion arises, they act swiftly, especially on the maintenance side of the community.

My Blu Harbor apartment is big and clean with cutting-edge appliances. The location here is very close to the downtown of Redwood city. The leasing team is very patience and helpful, they solve the maintenance problems timely. I love the waterfront view outside my window and the nice gym, pool and water sport provided by the community.
Blu Harbor is an oasis to come home to after work, or to relax and recuperate over the weekend, and it has the kind and attentive management to match it.
I am very pleased with the entire experience of living here. The staff is very attentive, and makes sure that your concerns and questions are addressed immediately. The complex is kept up on a daily basis. The hallways and common areas are pristine. Walking my dog along the path by the marina is enjoyable, and I get to chat with other residents, and their furry companions.
This is the best place in the world to live. My friends make fun of me when they are around because our place is basically just vacation.

Blu Harbor is beautiful. The scenery is spectacular and the community is kept in great standing. I really need to shout out to the maintenance staff on this, these guys really do take pride in their work, and it shows. (Eddie is great!! Would always greet me and my pup Zoey in the mornings) There is a lot of walking room around the apartments and is fantastic if you own a dog. Amenities are also fantastic, though I wish I used them more often. The staff in the office are a pleasure to talk with and always positive.
Leasing team was absolutely lovely! They were very helpful with questions (we had tons) and replied promptly over email. The apartments were well-built, spacious (for the price), stocked with the necessary appliances, and the facilities (gym, lounge, outdoor oven, bbq pits) are just excellent. We felt safe walking about, and never have to worry about any parcel/delivery situation. Neighbors are friendly and kind. The maintenance team is super friendly and helpful too! We highly recommend anyone who is looking for an excellent apartment and community to consider Blu Harbor.
I like Blu Harbor for its environment and the helpfulness of the maintenance team. However, one of their customer service staff could take some training in customer service. Otherwise, they could worsen the living experience when issues arose as they were not professional in helping us resolve the issue.

We had a great lease and move in process with Blu Harbor! Everyone in the leasing office was very welcoming and helpful with all of our move in needs and questions. There was an issue with the floors when we first entered the apartment and the Blu Harbor leasing and maintenance staff had it resolved within the day. One staff member in particular, Simplicio, worked on the floors as soon as possible to scrape all the wax off of the entire floor, clean it, and redo the wax to fix the floor, helping us remedy the problem thoroughly and incredibly efficiently. We can’t recommend Blu Harbor highly enough for the responsiveness of the staff and care everyone took to help us get settled into our new apartment!

Awesome place to live! We have lived here for 1.5 years and love the area. The nature reserve is perfect for daily walks and we get some gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. The Staff are all very friendly and polite. The app makes it easy to pay rent and request maintenance/book amenities. 5 stars all around!
