Property Ratings at BLU Station Apartments
My experience has been poor. I’ve not felt Katherine has taken the time to respond to my e-mails within a reasonable time, taking over a week to give me information that was different than I received on the phone over a week before from Gigi. You’ll want to get everything in e-mail to be sure it’s confirmed, but getting a response from Katherine has been difficult. Consider that if the price seems too good to be true, maybe it is. Think about how you’d feel if a company took $100 for application fees, $300 for a holding fee, sent you no confirmations that you paid either, and didn’t reach out in a reasonable time with any important information.
I wanted to tour the place, so I scheduled an appointment for a tour. When I tried to call the office to confirm the tour I could not get through to anyone. No matter what I would be left on hold for a few minutes and then told the number I’m calling isn’t in service. If they can’t be bothered to pick the pick the phone up for someone who’s considering living there’s, I can’t imagine they are better to the people living there.
They have a roach and spider problem they’re embedded in the walls.they barley come spray every week and the maintenance men never answer to emergency calls.save ur money they overprice the rent for what it’s worth and they will tow your car if you don’t have a parking pass there are only 3 visitors spots in every unit and the people in the office are VERY RUDE and unprofessional.
