Things are good here. The apartment is great the staff is accommodating, maintenance is the best and the area is accessible to everything you would need. I would say that the beeezeways need dire attention as the stairs and floors are in bad shape in building 1 of the Creekside. They are constantly dirty and desperately need repainting. The grounds don’t seem to be as kept as usual but that has not been a problem for long. The pool is ALWAYS an issue as it is never monitored by personnel, especially on the weekends. Otherwise we love it here

I just moved in 3 days ago, and the staff, particularly Leesa who was helping me the most, were great. They are very welcoming, especially to my Siberian Husky, and showed him plenty of love and attention…even when he drank a ton of water and threw it up on the office floor…! Most people in the community seem friendly as you pass by and say hi. And it feels safe. No problem walking my dog after midnight or in the early hours before the sun comes up. Community seems pretty quiet (in a good way!) and doesn’t seem like there will be anything to worry about with neighbors. Apartment is very spacious and I look forward to calling Blue Heron my new home!

Just moved in a few days ago. Leesa was really good and easy to work with. Her friendly demeanor makes you feel right at home. I have to say that the maintenance team at Blue Heron is exceptional. We've lived there a little over a year and the few times we've needed repairs, our requests were handled swiftly and the staff is so upbeat and helpful. Last month they needed to replace our AC Unit and they did it within 24 hours and set us up with a portable AC unit to keep our place cool until morning. The only ongoing issue we've had is parking. The parking in front of buildings is supposed to be for tenants with a permit. But it has become more and more difficult to find a space anywhere near our apartment. We look at who is parking in front of the buildings and it is cars without permits. We report it to the office but we don't ever see anyone getting towed and the problem continues. If that issue were improve, we would give it five stars but it is annoying that paying tenants are having to walk great distances to park in our own complex.

Over the 4 years that we have been here there have been good and bad experiences. At the current time, I would give the overall complex a 3 based on the fact that the screening process doesn’t seem to be finding respectful residents. The screening process was incredibly difficult at the time of our original lease agreement. No one in the complex seems to want to be responsible or respectful of the community guidelines and we are tired of emails about pet owners and pool rules. As always our apartment is gorgeous and that’s why we stay but I don’t know if I would recommend BHA to a perspective renter. I wish I could. It has great potential.

It’s a nice place to live. It’s mostly quiet and peaceful. The amenities are great and it’s close to most stores and plenty of restaurants. And not too far from Sarasota or St Pete or Tampa

Maintenence is quick to help with Any issues. Most neighbors are kind and share spaces well. The apartments themselves are clean and nicely renovated. There are plenty of amenities to utilize as well.

We love living here! Nice properties and amazing staff. You can get both communities amenities! Immaculately clean and well-maintained. The attention to detail in cleanliness reassured me that hygiene and upkeep are top priorities for the management and staff. Not every complex is like that.

Nice layout but when we moved in the floors were filthy and kind of sticky. One walk in closet and a closet located when you walk in the apartment which we thought before move in we would utilize for clothing but once we moved it we realized it has built in racks and still unsure what the intended use of that closet is. So I love the apartment but it's small and upon moving in, I wish it had been Cleaner.

The Creekside pool rules continue to be ignored by guests and not enforced by the front office. Maintenance is always five star from arriving promptly to finishing a job with a smile. We are happy with the apartment and will most likely renew our lease

We love living here. Our apartment home is 1531 sq ft and it is amazing with 9ft ceilings and every upgraded option the builders had! There are so many amenities and the grounds are beautiful too. Wonderful place we are living in paradise. Feels like we are on vacation.

I love living here it will be 2 years in January! Living here there is a lot of stuff to do. I can see the sunset from my window (not the whole thing, but the aftermath the pretty sky) and it’s amazing.

All the amenities are beautiful, we have not yet had time to observe its operation, the air conditioning is spectacular, the shower is wonderful and the bathtub is spacious and very relaxing. I'm super happy with what I'm seeing.

Without hesitation, I renewed my lease. I have lived here over a year now and couldn’t see myself living anywhere else. The staff is absolutely wonderful! They truly care about the residents. We are all family. There are so many positives! You have to check it out! It may be hard to get into as many are comfortable staying years at a time. If you get the chance though, I highly recommend.
