Pendleton is a small and fairly secluded city in northeastern Oregon, positioned about sixty miles south of Kennewick, Washington. The Umatilla River divided the city in half, with the south bank hosting Pendleton’s vibrant Downtown district along Main Street. Pendleton has long served as a major stop on the rodeo circuit, and the historic Pendleton Round Up arena overlooking the river is one of the nation’s most storied rodeo venues. Residents enjoy prime access to some of the Pacific Northwest’s most beautiful natural environments, with hills and forests surrounding the city and providing excellent venues for outdoor exploration.

Property Ratings at Blue Mountain Village
The apartment complex is nice, but for a small town like Pendleton, way too pricey. And the neighborhood is unsafe. I would move out and find a new place but the rent is draining my bank account. Just my honest opinion on the place.
The apartments are very well kept, clean when moving in, grounds are nice and green, sidewalks are shoveled and de-iced in winter. Secure and safe living. No weed or drugs are allowed on property so it never smells. The manager is great to work with!

New Ownership as of 1.1.2017. We would like to apologize for any issues you may have had with prior Ownership/Management.
I live here and there are no balcony's every apartment is ground floor, there are no dishwashers, nor are there any washer and dryer hook up;s however they do have a laundry room. not all apartments have carpeting and if you want internet you have to get it yourself but you are limited to charters internet the owner (Ted) won't allow any other provider in except for charter.
