San Antonio blends a rich heritage with modern innovation, resulting in a metropolis teeming with true Texan heart. San Antonio’s distinctive environment reflects centuries of style and a diverse array of culture, which is best exemplified in the La Villita Historic Arts Village. The Alamo may be the most renowned structure in the city, but there are plenty of magnificent historical buildings to see—from the Emily Morgan Hotel to the Meyer Halff House.
Stretched along the San Antonio River is the famous River Walk, where residents and visitors alike can walk or bike from the San Antonio Zoo to the Witte Museum, the historic Majestic Theatre, the Shops at Rivercenter, the Missions of San Antonio and back again.
The city and the surrounding region offer endless opportunities for exploration.

Property Ratings at Blue Vine
Green pool, always. Rude unfriendly managers, always. Change mangers every few months. Outside area, especially railings need painting Porches need repair. None of this is ever done. Make efforts to get new renters. What about the people that pay rent now. Very poor customer service!
Susan is a great leasing agent. I’ve lived here for 4 yrs now and soon to renew my lease. It’s been a nice place to live, quiet, and peaceful. Close to Northwood Elementary school, Fort Sam Houston, and St Pius catholic church.
I hesitated in writing a review cuz i didn't want to be that person. However in light of the murder that happened yesterday and i happened right out front what used to be my apt unit, its time to let folks know that this is the worst place i have ever lived in in my life. It was so bad that i paid 3 months worth of double rent by renting a new apt and leaving there as i had to get myself out of there. In the 9 mo that i lived there. A different person than the one yesterday, was shot right in front of my unit. there was a at point gun hold up at the base of my stair case, at least on 4 different occasions i was woken up out of a dead sleep with gun fire. they refused to fix my air conditioning and i had to live with my apt at 95 degrees plus. the water is shot off without notice 3-5 times a week with no notice. there is so much dog crap on the side walks you can barely walk on them. my next door neighbor had a hole that was in her ceiling that was created by the urine of roof rats and nothing was done to repair it. both of my cars were broken into. The Management is horrible. they lie and talk about others issues in the complex that is completely unprofessional and just "sachet away". i talked with the regional management on more than one occasion nothing changed. i tried to contact the owners. its a PO box. and in the end after i moved out they tired to with hold half of my deposit refund because of what they called a book keeping error. I had to contact a lawyer and threaten legal action before i finally got my full refund. bottom line. its horrible. if this is your type of place knock yourself out. wear a bullet proof vest. if you want peace and quite. run!!!
Deserves no stars. Changed the name to WESTLAND APARTMENTS Lived here for 6 months and I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I know that sounds dramatic and I never write a review but if this saves 1 person from moving in… there’s so much to complain about but I will try to sum it up. First night of moving in had to stay up until 2 am cleaning the place. I had to put a $600 deposit down and I left the place better then when I got it. They have switched management at least 4 times since in the 6 months I was there. Impossible to get ahold of anyone. Had my car towed on the 3rd night because I was not given a sticker and had to deal with that mess. My kitchen sink was clogged for 5 weeks because something was wrong with the pipes downstairs they said and they weren’t able to fix it. Long story short it was a horrible place to live! Horrible experience and I’m still fighting to this day to get my security deposit back.
