Property Ratings at Bluebonnet Flats
I never have any issues. Tenants mind their own business. Management can be contacted through phone promptly. They are an okay walking distance from the university. I recommend these apartments.
Tenants are disrespectful and have no consideration for neighbors. Property manager does not answer and grounds are not kept up with. A/C’s hardly work, there was rotten fruit under my cabinet and knats are everywhere. Honestly if I wasn’t in a bind I’d get out of here.
Management is horrible. No communication whatsoever and takes a month to fix hot water heater. Don't live here.
Please do your research into this property. My daughter has lived there almost a year and the laundry facilities are awful. They have 2 washers and 2 dryers but only 1 set works the other set the plug doesn't work. She has been without hot water for over 3 weeks and we can't get a hold of anyone to come and fix it. She has reported it in the portal but nothing. When you call the phone number on the building all you get is a recording stating your call cannot be completed at this time please call back later. No one is ever in the office.
