DO NOT STAY HERE. They only care about money. Applied was approved. They delayed the actual move-in date, as might happen with a new build. They sent out a last minute email about the delay, and that they would refund all monies paid. One day later, they sent out a denial e-mail, so they are only returning $400 deposit, not the $600 paid toward the move. Money hungry cause they are delayed.
