The largest city in North Dakota, Fargo rests on the North Dakota-Minnesota border and the western banks of the Red River. However, Fargo residents affectionately refer to their location as “North of Normal.”
You might find that Fargo is a bit different when you stop by the Fargo-Moorhead Visitor Center and see the woodchipper from the movie Fargo. Maybe it’ll be when you start spotting members of the colorful herd of bison painted by various artists scattered all around town, and rightfully decide to go on a scavenger hunt to find them all. Perhaps you’ll find it unique that Wurst Bier Hall serves a rattlesnake rabbit bratwurst and indulge your curiosity. You’ll notice that North of Normal is a pretty interesting place to be.
There’s no shortage of things to do in Fargo. Plains Art Museum and Rourke Art Gallery and Museum offer residents and visitors endless opportunities to admire art with all kinds of rotating exhibits.

Property Ratings at Bluestem Townhomes
I love the community around my forever home. They all are so amazing in the office and around the community.
I love staying in bluestem homes. The neighbors are great ,kids are nice and very quiet and love that management try there best work with you when have family emergencys of illnesses.
Overall a good community
I would suggest to anyone looking to move into this development or who is on the waiting list to find a new property. Since taking over, unfortunately the development as a whole has gone completely downhill, the units are awful, the caretaking is a joke, and sadly, in the one month I have lived here, I have lost 4 days of work due to their poor care in addition to my child and I both getting pneumonia from being stuck in our unit and unable to leave or an ambulance unable to get in from lack of snow removal or even concern to do so.

Wonderful places... Great location.. I love living here at Bluestem
I have lived in Bluestem Homes for 3 years now. Maintenance work orders always took forever to get done before Goldmark took over last August 2018. My experience has been great so far!
