I've been here a year and I'll start with the issues first: Theft is HIGH -My partner and I literally saw a catalytic converter get stolen AND a bike got stolen too. Neighbors have mentioned other incidents. Be REALLY vigilant of yourself and your belongings, security measures here are practically a joke. If you want to use the gym facilities, be on the lookout as it's on the outside of the property above the leasing office. The small staircase leading up to it there's sometimes guys on the staircase or around the entrance of the staircase taking phone calls and it's very odd. Parking is usually a nightmare but often it's a coin flip. Management has recently started cracking down on multiple cars per lease but the most apparent issue is that residents are allowing their guests park inside of the property instead of designated visitor parking outside. The gates are also constantly breaking down and allowing non-residents to just come and park inside the property. Late during weekends non-residents park inside the property next to buildings even blocking other vehicles and I mean parking - not having hazard lights on or someone in the car waiting. It's also rare that there is any type of parking enforcement, in my whole time here I've only seen the tow truck come in once. People usually don't respect the flow of traffic and will enter through the exit/exit through the entrance. It's mostly annoying if there are giant box trucks while someone is moving and the street that runs along the property is small so that just causes a small traffic jam but just annoying. Some tenants suck at cleaning up after their dogs and the areas are usually covered in poop because of them. They also tend to place trash next to the large property bins once they are full causing the sanitation workers to make a mess at pick up and have the parking area littered with garbage. They just don't like to keep that shared area clean and like it filthy. Ending on a positive note: People here tend to be calm and mind their business. The apartments themselves are quite nice, at least our remodeled unit is. The pools for the most part have been well kept during my lease. I haven't had any major issues with the unit itself aside from annoying cooking smells that come from other units but that's to be expected. I absolutely love the area and everything is very conveniently close.

My apartment unit has flooded 8 times in over two months and still no solution to the problem. The management is incompetent in their job and do not value the client. It is a sick business being run here. Just find any other place but here. Trust me.

We had high hopes for this place but after a month we now severely regret moving here. When we first moved in we discovered the apartment we got was not the same floor plan advertised to us, and even after accepting this as an honest mistake we soon found out the unit was riddled with bugs and wasps as well as broken infrastructure. We requested to be moved to a new unit which they were kind enough to do (at a higher price of course) only to find out that the A/C unit in the new unit was not powerful enough to keep the entire apartment conditioned. Took them about 3 visits to finally accept that the A/C might not be functioning properly and then a 4th visit to decide to finally replace the A/C unit. After about 13 days of living in an 80 degree apartment in the middle of Texas summer they finally replaced the A/C and everything seemed to be good finally. That is until we received our electric bill and saw that we had consumed 1700kwh in a 3 week billing period, and owed over $250. We of course checked the daily consumption and sure enough the broken unit ran 24/7 for 2 weeks and doubled our bill, as we had halfed the consumption rate once the A/C was fixed. We attempted to get the office to assist us in paying part of the bill as it is common sense that they should compensate for an issue out of our control, but after repeated trips to the office we still have yet to speak to the manager who always seems to be on the phone, out of office or just too busy to talk. Instead the management proceeded to gaslight us about it and try to convince us "that's just how it goes sometimes" and offered to only give a $40 rent credit for the 8 days it took for them to fix it and blamed us for moving to a new unit that wasn't ready for move in. So I guess they consider a bug infested apartment "ready for move in" but regardless they repeatedly have beat around the bush and avoided any responsibility and we cannot recommend anyone move here if they value being respected by their apartment management.

Moved here a few weeks ago. Pretty quite; neutral location for me especially since I moved here from another state. Staff is amazing and courteous. Would definitely recommend.
