Great place to live in the Greater Boston Area! Tons of walkable amenities, and property management is fantastic! Elizabeth and Rachel have been of great help along the way in the leasing office. Watertown Greenway walking/biking path right across the street for easy access to Cambridge. Can't recommend this place enough!

I enjoy living in Blvd and Bond. The place feels safe and comfortable. The management team, especially Rachel and Liz, are always helpful and quick to respond to any issues or questions. The amenities are spacious and perfect for having friends over. In the morning, it’s easy to grab coffee from Starbucks, and after work, there are many restaurants where I can quickly get food or buy groceries. The covered garages are a huge plus during Boston’s snowy winters. I also love the park and riverwalk, especially during the summer. The community here is lively, with people often hanging out downstairs when the weather is nice. Blvd and Bond are pet-friendly, and my cats really enjoy the place. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly and comfortable place to stay.

I have been living at Boulevard and Bond since January 2024, and my experience has been nothing short of wonderful. The apartment is beautifully designed with modern finishes, state-of-the-art appliances, and ample storage space. The large windows allow for plenty of natural light, making the space feel bright and inviting, and the Juliet balcony is a classic touch. The amenities at Boulevard and Bond are exceptional. The gym is well-equipped, the workspaces are quiet and comfortable, and the shared entertainment areas are perfect for socializing with friends and neighbors. Being pet-friendly is a huge bonus, and my pet feels right at home. The location in Arsenal Yards in Watertown is ideal, with numerous local restaurants and stores nearby, and easy access to the Boston area. One of the standout aspects of living here is the management team. Rachel and Liz from the leasing office are competent, professional, yet always friendly and approachable. They made me feel right at home from day one. The maintenance team is prompt and efficient, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. The sense of community fostered by the team is truly special, making Boulevard and Bond not just a place to live, but a place to call home.

Blvd & Bond has friendly, helpful, and professional staff. The facilities are new and well maintained. The location is amazingly convenient with just about any restaurant type (12+) or vendor (Target, CVS, and Home Depot+) you can imagine within a 3-5 minute walk.

I have been living at Blvd&Bond for 2.5 years, and I must say, it's been a fantastic experience overall. The location is convenient, with easy access to Target, Roche Bros, Nike, and a TON of restaurants. The amenities, such as the gym and the river-overlooking lounge, are also well-kept and add to the overall enjoyment of living here. Maintenance requests are promptly addressed by the management team. I also appreciate the sense of community here. There are often events and gatherings organized by the management team, providing opportunities to meet neighbors and make new friends. I remember one event where the management team booked an entire movie theater at Majestic 7 for a resident-only movie night – how cool! One thing I particularly appreciate is the management and staff here. I have personally dealt with Rachel, Liz, Chantal, and Floyd, and they are all phenomenal people. Not only are they professional and respectful, but also friendly and accommodating. Overall, I highly recommend the complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience. I've had a great time here and plan to stay for the foreseeable future.

I can't rave enough of our time living at Boulevard and Bond for the past 18 months. The apartment was tastefully modern, featuring new appliances and plentiful walk-in closets. The amenities (gym, work spaces, shared entertainment areas, pet friendly), and proximity to local restaurants, stores and the Boston area were outstanding. And last but not least, the leasing, support and maintenance team, were friendly, professional and encouraged a fun sense of community.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time living and Blvd & Bond over the last year. The apartments are modern and well maintained with great features (new appliances, in unit laundry, a lot of closet space). There are plenty of building amenity spaces (gym, art studio, game rooms, lounges, sky decks) throughout the three buildings. I love to use the outdoor fire pits throughout the winter. The monthly building wide events are also a nice perk and a great way to make friends with your neighbors! The location of the apartment is incredibly convenient with the grocery store, restaurants, fitness studios, movie theater, and shopping all right outside your front door. I would recommend having a car though if you ever plan to leave the neighborhood as public transit options are limited. The attached garage parking is a great feature and especially convenient throughout the winter. The building and neighborhood are also very dog friendly with plenty of green space and a fenced in dog park right around the corner. The neighborhood of Arsenal Yards also regularly hosts their own events bringing a stream of (usually free) entertainment your way. Everyone at the front desk/leasing office (Liz, Rachel, and Chantal) as well as the maintenance team are incredibly helpful and friendly. I highly recommend living at Blvd & Bond.

Blvd & Bond is by far the best place I've lived in MA. I moved here from from CA a few years ago and have lived at a few different locations in and around Boston. I work in Cambridge and wanted to live somewhat close to work. Blvd & Bond has everything you could ask for. It is close to the city and has bars, restaurants, market, shopping and even a move theater right outside it's doors. The management team is wonderful from the moment I toured, through the move in process. They are quick to respond to any maintenance request I may need to submit but luckily it hasn't been to many. I can't say enough things about this place. I love it here!

I love living here! The office staff is helpful and maintenance is responsive and comes quickly. The area is awesome, can't wait for Starbucks to open. Everything is convenient and there's even a free shuttle to Harvard square.

I have lived almost an year. The location is awesome. The convenience is awesome. ( Roche, some good restaurants, some retailers are located in walking distance and Starbucks will open soon) But Don’t forget this is a commercial area, which means you have to hear the noise from cleaning machine and trucks at 5 am. Sometimes, some crazy drunk people make loud sounds at 12 am. If you can handle it, this will be great option to live. Noise is terrible

I found that when Blvd&Bond was a league beyond the rest browsing apartments in comparable price ranges in the area. The finishes, both individual units as well as in communal areas, are carefully considered, on trend, and well-designed. Plus, amenities are super cool. The “mixed use” part of the space surrounding the apartments makes eating and shopping incredibly accessible. Also, Gianna was an absolute pleasure to work with! From first viewing apartment options and throughout the lease process (and still now!), Gianna continues to be a friendly face in the lobby. I’ve actually found that everyone who works for Blvd&Bond to be super helpful and quick to resolve any issues that may arise.

Great experience so far! The apartments are brand new and all appliances work perfect. The amenities are really nice and comfortable. The Fitness Center has new equipment and is in perfect conditions. The person who helped me with the choice of the department was Gianna from the sales team. She was kind and answered all the doubts that I had regarding the rent.
