Living at BLVD West has been a good experience so far, though I've only been here about a month. The apartment was clean when we arrived, though we had some issues with plumbing. The apartment itself is very spacious and has plenty of storage. The amenities like the exercise room and hammocks are a great addition and are always kept clean.

WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX
The property manager has the nastiest attitude I've ever encountered in a person. The portal for you to pay your rent DOES NOT work, it takes weeks for them to complete an maintenance request. They let the trash just pile up until its overflowing and animals have drug the trash all through the parking lot. The parking lot has potholes the size of someone's car. This is the worst complex I have EVER lived in!! I would NOT RECCOMMEND.

Amazing overall apartment
The apartments here are new and remodeled, we love the modern feel and love having our own entrance to decorate! The leasing staff is what helped us choose to live here, there kindness and always willing to help if we have problem!

I Love it here!
I just recently moved here in January and I absolutely love it here. The property and landscaping are gorgeous. Kiana was so helpful and sweet and made the move a breeze. The brand new gym and pool area are so beautiful. The community is so peaceful and inviting. The maintenance guy is so nice and if you need anything he's there the same day. The recently renovated apartments are so nice and beautifully designed. I love it here.

Awesome!
The new management is awesome and they have really shown how much they appreciate the community! They are making some amazing improvements and I cannot wait until it’s done! I especially can’t wait to see what they do with the pool! Awesome staff and maintenance as well

Beautiful Community
So happy to call this place home. The complex is as beautiful as it is peaceful. The renovated apartments have an edgy feel that I love. The staff is also amazing, they go beyond any other apartment staff I've experienced, as they host many events in the office for their residents. Highly recommend living here.

Excellent place!
I was able to view the apartments earlier and was very impressed with the units! The modern design was refreshing, as was the customer service I received from the staff! I have nothing but great things to say about Ms. Bell, who helped me explore the options. Very transparent, kind and helpful!

Great Place To Live
This apartment community is wonderful. Communication is great with management and work orders are completed within the day. Definitely recommend!

Look elsewhere
Management is never in the office, never answers the phone, and never responds to emails. The neighborhood is terrible. The walls are paper thin, so you literally can hear EVERYTHING. It's been terrible here and we don't even want to finish out our lease (we've been here for only 3 months). If you want peace and quiet and don't want to feel like an outcast in your own neighborhood, look somewhere else.
