Could be so much more. For some reason the cleanliness has dropped and the recycle room is piled high with boxes and it’s not from Black Friday. Coffee maker needs to be cleaned and ready to go early in the AM not when the leasing office opens

The amenities are top notch as well as the staff. We absolutely love living at the Blys Apartments. The neighbors are friendly and we are located within walking distance to all in Wilton. The staff is always here to accommodate us in any issue that may arise. They have great events for the residents, always so much fun.

Love the dog community and cleanest complex I’ve ever lived in. We got lucky with a nice riverside balcony where we love to eat dinner. Grills in the complex are the most seamless to deal with from my experience. Highly suggest to live here

Really nice complex - the apartments are spacious and well appointed. The gym is very well equipped, and the pool area is resort like. The grounds are very well maintained - and Reggie and I both enjoy going to the dog park.

The property is beautiful and you can tell the staff works hard to keep up the maintenance. I am really enjoying the amenities. My favorite has been the cowork spaces that give me an opportunity to work from home without actually being in my apartment.

Overall, buildling is very clean and well kept. Sometimes there are issues with the elevator and parking gates which arent always fixed quickly, but can't complain. Neighbors are friendly, and the complex offers great amenties.

When these issues arise, we rely on our vendors for repairs, which can sometimes lead to brief outages. We always strive to keep our residents informed if any service will be down for an extended period.
I moved to Blys in January 2024 and love my new 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with two balconies. The amenities, including a resort pool with BBQ facilities, a two-story gym, and a designated work-from-home area, are fantastic. The complex is intelligent and compatible with virtual assistants. For inquiries about the staff, contact ASM Jefferson directly. The maintenance service is reliable. Overall, I rate my experience 8.5 out of 10.

Overall this property is amazing. I do wish there were recycling centers in every building, and that the elevators were faster, but everything else has been great so far.

The pool and lobby are beautiful & impressive. The property staff is wonderful but insufficient for the property. The trash rooms are constantly overflowing and in need of a good exterminator. The security gates brake often and transient traffic can can be disconcerting. Noise between apartments is noticeable. The units are brand new and impressive looking so hopefully they will age well. The endless "small fees" (trash, water, and a service fee to pay your rent) add up in an annoying, significant way . Overall it's a pretty place that needs fine tuning. Great place to live with amazing amenities feels like resort pool!! The gym is perfect for any activity. The community is great for dogs as well.

Pros - mostly quiet community and centrally located, some staff are good Cons - "luxury" it is not, "cheap and low quality" is far more accurate. be prepared to hear your neighbors on all sides and above/below. Most importantly, i've never seen a complex that makes so many excuses to avoid having to actually fix or do what's included in the "luxury" rent prices

The swimming pool is great, the gym has everything I need, very clean, the work offices are very nice, very low noise arround . I am very happy to live here.

Great location, security and amenities. Buildings are aesthetically pleasing. Kitchens are a weak point with only 2, very small drawers. That's a clear cost cutting issue that detracts from the experience. Bedrooms do not accommodate a King sized bed. Leasing experience was a bit troublesome but not at the hands of the leasing agent. Corporate policy is to blame for my initial rejection where, because I had no income, I was initially rejected. Policy rejected more than adequate assets and credit score to meet financial needs. When I questioned it, the tune changed. Walls are thin, even in the carriage homes. I've heard that complaint from every tenant I've spoken with. Not nearly enough parking and why on earth are EVs given priority to better spots? They're the minority, not the norm. I don't have a problem recommending this property but the price/value ratio is off given some of the design and policy missteps.
