The Noise Level
let me tell you - the last 4 nights straight I have called the Fort Smith Police Department on the noise level at College Terrace / Boardwalk Apartments - I live across the street at MayFair Apartments and every day between 12:00 noon and 10:00 pm there are tenants playing just sitting in cars acting stupid playing their music as loud as it will go - it was actually shaking my walls last night !!!!!!!! I have filed a city ordinance complaint against this complex and I advise anyone interested who is having the same problem to do the same -
