Quick response from leasing office people , but the amenities have changed from last year. I am staying here from 3 years and lot have changed specifically referral amount , printer etc
Move out Charges are very high. Without provide the notice, they increase the charges and they will not provide any clarify about it. Management is not at all friendly.

The trash piled up at compactor, is inviting roaches. A lot of sounds from neighbors, apartments not very sound proof. Gates coming into the neighborhood are not being closed., never received a code.
Just joined the boardwalk at mercer crossing apartment. I was joining in a hurry, but the office staffs were really kind, and I didn't have any issue coming to this apartment. So far so good, great gym and overall facility.

The apartment itself is very nice and very well done. The front desk and staff were difficult to contact and they wouldn't do any room tours which is questionable. Good amenities and good location.

Process was very easy!Staff is friendly and very helpful and professional.I was worried about moving here when I saw the reviews but so far things have been very smooth.The only concern is some ppl living here are lazy and won’t take there trash to the shut instead they leave it by the trash can.If you ask me that’s pure laziness and disgusting especially since they live here.You would think they would want to keep it clean.

Very understanding management just communicate with them, always very helpful, upstairs neighbors are always very loud but that’s to be expected eventually in apartments

Love my unit, love the high ceilings and the spacious living room and bedrooms. I have plenty of closet storage for everything I need and I love my balcony.

Move out cleaning charges are very high even if we give the apartment is cleaning. Management is charging it. amenities are not well maintained and increased the prices

Management is very rude. Club home doesn't have any refreshments refil it will be always empty. Work place printer never works. Gym A/C is not working

Great location, nice amenities. Propery management and tenants could do a better job at keeping the premises cleaner (verry infrequent power washing and people do not do not pick up after their dogs)

Overall this is a very nice property. The management changes a lot which changes the culture of the community. The community lacks in creativity and consistency with activities and challenges. Maintenance has improved a great deal. The facilities are nice (gym, community rooms, and pool area) . Though we haven’t had any new pool Furniture since 2020. The headrest etc, doesn’t appear to have been cleaned . The location is great and units are pretty well designed .

We are glad that we moved here. Its quite, the walking track and lake view is definitely a positive thing. The night view is very vibrant. The staff is friendly. The problem is they don't provide maintenance on the weekends if its kind of emergency.

Hi, Recently we moved to Boardwalk at mercer crossing good lake view and comfortable bedrooms, patio view is pretty cool. we had nice lake view which was pretty awesome

All the street lights on the back are not working, it is completely darkly sometimes. They need to take of this. Otherwise good community can do a bit of cleaning on the hallways

The keeping and cleaning of the complex could be improved for the amount being paid. The gates have not been closed since I moved in almost 2 years ago and I have been promised that it would be fixed for a good time now. Other than this, it is a beautiful community and in a great location.

Very nice apartments overall, neighbors can be veryyyy loud and towing company are jerks but other than that they are very upscale looking apartments
It is clean and safe, I can go for a walk with my daughters calmly and safely. the apartments are large and comfortable In my case I have a good view of the small lake

I’ve lived here for almost 4 years. I’ve seen management come and go. However, overall it’s still a pretty good property. Maintenance is responsive and the new management company seems to be more engaged.

There is a kind community within this apartment. The apartment office tends to hold holiday goodwill events from time to time, bringing the tenants closer together. Another thing that I personally enjoy about this apartment are the kind stray cats. The furry animals are clearly well-cared for by the management and tenants all around with their neutered status and people friendliness. I love this apartment's people, staff, and cats!

This place has been amazing. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room I live in is modern and very nice! I get a lot of compliments on it when I have guest over. The building I live in is crazy quiet and this is even more so important because I work all day from home. I don’t have a single complaint about this place. It’s been a joy to live here.
