I’ve been here since 2022 and I’ve been waiting for a new dryer for a year and a half now and now the dryer doesn’t work anymore at all the guy Brandon is very disrespectful and likes to argue with tenants. How about he closed out my work order for the second time as if the job was done and he never even came to check. Every time I call the office no answer so I walk there just to have someone lie to me about anything I ask. I’m turning my stove on from the circuit breaker, multiple lights not properly working in my apartment. I was never given new blinds when I moved in it’s just crazy how nothing gets answered with the truth.

The allegation of theft by our office team is deeply troubling and goes against our values and policies. We want to assure you that we have not received any information to support such a claim. We recently implemented online-only payments effective 1/1/24 to simplify the rent payment process for our residents. Additionally, our property management system allows residents to review their ledger at any time, ensuring transparency in financial matters. We value open communication and encourage residents to voice their concerns directly to our Community Manager so that we can address them promptly. I moved here since May 2020 and it has been fine. But at the end of June this year, the air conditioner in my place broke down. I live on the third floor, and the temperature at home is close to 90 degrees every day. I went to the office and said it twice. Now it is just a small window air conditioner for our backup. I don't know when to fix this for us. My family with two teenage children is in the heat right now. It is unbearable that the living room and kitchen are like a stove every day ??
Just moved here and from day one I had problems. Went to the office multiple times and got lied to. Second day I moved in and my air went out. Almost 30 days without central air or heat when it got cold. Then on top of all that they entered my apartment without my permission and without notice and left dirty gloves and trash in my apartment. Almost thirty days in an apartment that I could barley function in. Moving here was my worst mistake and I can’t wait to get out of here! DONT MOVE HERE. Idk how they have such a high rating these people do not care about residents!
If you want $300+ dollar light bills because the AC units are so horrible here... This is the place for you. The units freeze up when you put them on 75 and won't drop below 75 until 10 at night. The maintenance workers solution to the problem was for us to close 3 of the air vents so it would blow cooler in the bedroom areas. Instead of fixing/replacing the AC unit. Then when we told the regional manager about our issue and bill being 300+ she said she would get them to replace it because "that was unacceptable". Yet she still haven't done anything about it... It just all around mismanagement and people who don't care because they don't live in your situation

The office staff appears to really care for their residents & put a lot of effort into maintaining the integrity of this place now. I remember what it was like when my grandmother lived there and it's like the place has had a total facelift. The Movie Night that they hosted was so fun & engaging. I was able to meet some really cool residents.

One of the best places to live!! The office staff is amazing and always friendly!! Kacey the maintenance man is always on top of everything and makes you laugh while he is working in your apartment!!
After 6 years here, I can say the new management is everything you'd want when renting a place. They've only made new, beautiful changes to the grounds. The maintenance staff is attentive. Convenient location and lots of everything you need all around.

I have been here for almost a year and with the new management the maintenance has been exceptional. I put in a request and they were here within the hour and fixed every problem I had.

Since they changed management this property has been such a joy to live in. Ms. Theia at the front is so amazing! I come in and everything is taken care of immediately. Maintenance is so nice. They all make me feel like Im important and they never hesitate to respond immediately. Also the new upgrades they’ve done so far are so nice. I love the new light fixtures and the new pool is beautiful
I love my spacious apartment! The new Management, Office Staff, and Maintenance Staff are friendly, conscientious, and eager to make this experience a satisfying one. The fact that it's pet-friendly is very important to me as well.

I have lived in this complex for almost a year now and love this little community! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. I have never had a bad interaction with any of them. They are quick to respond to any issues and are easy to talk to. The apartments themselves are well laid out and very spacious. I live in one of the two bedroom units and it was very easy to place furniture in it. The first floor apartments were remodeled recently and I love the granite counter tops and updated appliances. The location is also great! Very close to Baton Rouge without all the headache, limited traffic issues on this side of the interstate in Denham Springs and super close to Walmart, Carters, and all kinds of restaurants without even needing to go past the interstate! Also just five minutes from Juban Crossing if you enjoy shopping! Highly recommend living here!!!
My boyfriend and I just moved in last week and the process was super simple. As first time renter we were unsure of how the whole process works, but the Boardwalk staff walked us through everything and answered all of our questions; made it simple and effortless. On move in day Krista was super sweet and walked us through our entire lease explaining all the small print and details so we fully understood what we were signing. The apartment itself if really nice. We have a two bedroom-two bathroom apartment. The upkeep is very nice and almost no damages to the apartment at all. We live on the second floor and we don't hear our neighbors; but they are nice people who live above us. Overall this place is amazing!!

Overall this complex is nice. Units are updated, large closets, storage on the balcony. Has a private lake that is stocked (doesn't require a fishing license). Iron fence / privacy fence surrounding entire property. Nice clubhouse and exercise room with basic equipment. Cons: They charge fees for almost everything. They have designated trash pickup days. However, if you have trash that needs to go out other than those days you have to either keep it inside or take it to the one dumpster on the property. And all trash has to be in bags; no boxes, loose cardboard, etc. The pool is not well maintained. There is currently algae or something growing on the walls. Rent is a little high for all the little nitpicking things that HAVE to be done.
