It was a great experience to check in and process was very smooth. I love the apartment community in here was awesome.

Ive had a great experience when i toured and moved in, there was only some slight issues with the apartment, and when i brought it up i had a maintenance guy show ip the next day to fix my issues

Boardwalk Research is a beautiful place to live. It feels like a small community and management is very attentive to the tenants. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live.

Avoid this place! The roaches are everywhere, car break-ins are common, and the front office is completely unresponsive. Workout machines are a hazard.

Nice community, clean apt grounds, both staff and maintenance are quick and professional.

After living in military housing for years, this is the first time I have rented an appartment. The Boardwalk Research Team/Management has made this process very easy and they have been very helpful by ensuring my family and I are taken care of. Outstanding peformance and I am very happe to be part of this amazing community. Thank you.

The leasing process was pleasant and having Salaie as our leasing agent made the experience that mucj better. The maintenance crew are also very diligent in their work. The property is also situated in an area with equal access to everything you would need so it's very convenient. 9.5/10

Quiet, family oriented community. It has all the amenities to not wanting to leave the place. Management and maintenance team work so efficiently.

The are always on top of any given situation that comes up.. everything is handled in a very professional manner and taken care of right away.. it’s a very wonderful place to live and that’s why I’ve been here so long! Great place to live, the management keeps clean, they are very responsive and quickly respond to issue's. The property is close to schools , malls, ect... there is a police station q00 yards from the property so it is a safe place to live.

Good community. Silent community and nearby to groceries, restaurants etc.

In the past year, my unit has been kept up well and I feel safe. It is quiet here and the grounds are well maintained. Management is caring and effective.

I am loving living here since I moved in earlier this month. No major concerns so far. Parking is always available and community is very secure and quiet.

This property is a great place to live, it's clean ,quiet very close to shopping and schools. Management is extremely helpful, if there is an issue they take care of it in a timely manner. They are extremely kind and courteous. Again a great place to live.

Been staying here for a year and a half and really loved the community. It’s quiet and nearby to all places like grocery, restaurants, movie theaters etc.. we’ll maintained grounds.

Staff is wonderful! Any issues/concerns were handled quickly and the area is quiet with minor exceptions. I've moved literally every year since 2016 and thus far one of the two best recommended places I'd advise to live at

Good location and community. Nearby to all major locations. Quite community. Well maintained grounds. Can make the community more green by planting more flowers bed and trees.

What can I say, this property is fantastic for the price. The property is very clean, quiet neighbors, excellent management staff. This property is safe , with a police sub station a hundred yards away. This property is about 5 mins from shopping and restaurants ( The Rim & La Cantera ) and schools and the medi al center is just minutes away. What more can you ask for.......

This is a great property. love living here. The office staff is fantastic, if you any issues they will handle it in a timely manner. The Maintenace staff is also very helpful and very courteous. If you are new to the area this is the best place to live, this property is so close to everything. Cant say enough about Boardwalk :)

Very good community and is close by to all places. I also love the community events organized by the staff which makes us feel at home.

I’ve been here for about 2 months and my experience has been incredible. They have an amazing maintenance team and everyone in the office is friendly like mentioned before I would like to see more resident events or food trucks around the complex

I looked for a spacious, clean, safe, and modern apartment and I am happy I found it here at Boardwalk.

Boardwalk research is and excellent property, I can say enough about it. The property is close to everything, there is a police sub station 100 feet from the property . The property is well maintained, again cannot say enough about living here.

Excellent place to live, close to everything, medical center shopping in terms of safety there is a police station a few yards from the property. For those moving to San Antonio it is a great choice . 5 stars all the way

Inside of the apartment units are very clean, upgraded appliances with hard wood floor and washer and dryer are in the apartment itself for convenience.

The management is always quick to respond if there is a issue

The process of signing my lease & preparing to move in was very good. Leasing helped with any questions or concerns i had. Even after moving in and experiencing pests & uncleanliness, management helped to solve my issues & i appreciate the willingness to make things better for my living.
