The staff is very helpful and friendly. The grounds are well kept, and there's plenty of garbage cans around, as well as bags to pick up dog waste which makes things more pleasant for everyone. I love the lake and how you can walk around it. The pool clean and well maintained. There is never time of day where you can't find the seat at the pool. When the weather is cooler it's nice to use the two grills by the pool

Great apartment. Loved the pool and gym. Price was a little high but reflected In amenities. Location is great, close to 95. Only downside was construction went on during my whole stay.

We moved here in 2016, this is our 2nd apartment in Boca Arbor Club, so I think it's safe to say we absolutely love it. The way this crew maintains this complex is second to none, in my experience. Amenities are quite lovely and this is a fantastic area for young families. I don't ever want to leave!

Everything has been good so far. The neighborhood and neighbors are great. The staff in the leasing office is very helpful, accommodating, and available when you need them. The maintenance staff is fantastic, they are so kind and are on top of fixing/doing any repairs when requests are put in.
This community has its own vibe to it. Its beautiful and peaceful during the whole day. The maintenance team is exceptional and available 24/7. Me and my family loves it.

The community is friendly and clean. The pool is a great place to hang out too and is typically not too crowded. The location is also approximately 10 minutes from anything you could need.

This is my first apartment and I love it! I live in an upgraded 2 bed 2 bath in Boca Arbor Club apartments and so far I really like living here. The pool is very nice to swim in and tan at and my favorite part is the coffee machine in the lobby

I love the community 1. Garbage pick up in each apartment: I don’t believe is necessary to pay $35 when there are garbage disposables conveniently placed all over the community. Most of the residents are able to bring garbage to the disposable bin. I believe this service should NOT be mandatory but optional.

Boca Arbor has unique style of apartments. I moved from one bedroom to 2 bedroom apartments and we love both of the layouts. You will find everything nearby,m, publix target gas station, walmart etc. Their staff is amazinh!!

I love how peaceful it is here. The rules are a bit too strict though. The kids should be allowed to play in the street since there isn't a provided area for them, amongst other minor things

I renew because management and maintenance are consistently excellent The apartment is very quiet Parking for residents is plenty with visitors permitted to register guests.

GUYS SERIOUSLY DO NOT RENT HERE! THE VIDEOS ONLINE ARE WAY MORE IMPRESSIVE. 1. The front office staff is super nice at first then, you enter a maintenance request and they change! They tell you that they can let you out your lease (like moving isn’t a hassle). 3. The apartments are super old! I sent in a request and they told me it’s normal wear and tear for a 30 year complex. Yikes! 4. They say they inspect the apartment before they rent them but please look at my move in pictures. I was so disappointed. 5. The place has mold, the maintenance manager called it mold and got someone to clean it, but the front desk tells them to call it “mildew”. 6. They delete your maintenance request history and say they completed it when it’s not done. I keep records and pictures. 7. Even though maintenance tries their best, they don’t have the needed resources and the skill level is low (see pics of their handy work). 8. The sprinklers spray the walkway at night and they told me they can’t do anything about it. 9. Even though it’s nature, the complex is full of wild iguanas ?? 10. The complex also has tons of dogs that are unleashed walking around and dog poop. My neighbors are pretty cool and the complex is Quiet
In good faith I filled and my application was accepted. I brought my funds that was required to complete the lease. I arranged for my movers to pick up and deliver my households goods the morning of my first day of lease. The Boca Raton club apartments told me I could not have access to lease apartment until after they come into work at 10 AM no exceptions. But I could take off work and pay more money to get it 18 hours earlier. The apartment managers are not there for the tenants. I am sure they will keep all my advance payments. All the work to make this work and toss out. Jim
The office has the most accommodating staff. When I first moved in, somethings weren't finished in the apartment but they were more than willing, apologetic, and urgent about getting everything fixed before I stepped foot into the apartment officially. They went above and beyond to make me happy and I am so glad I chose to live here after visiting many other apartments. The complex itself is very well kept, the pool is beautiful, and the apartment I live in is even better. Love my cute and cozy place.
Our apartment is located in a great community, it was recently renovated and everything looks absolutely amazing, the neighbors are friendly and most of them have children and pets. It is also great located, the area is very calm but close to all the things we need and has a magnificent view to a small lake (with ducks and everything!)and of course a beautiful pool, where we can even work while the kids swim because it has wifi. And above all, the customer service team is excellent and work 7 days a week, so The Boca Arbor Club is the perfect place to live in Boca Raton, Florida.

The location is perfectly close to FAU campus and all the great things South Florida has to offer. The staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns you might have. I would defiantly recommend the community to anyone. My only major complaint would have to be the parking, not all of the buildings have parking located close by.
I have lived at Boca Arbor over three years now and I really like it, this is a lovely community pets are welcome, maintenance is fast and efficient, the grounds are always kept neat and the staff is efficient. The lake has a nice Gazebo and sometimes they will organize activities for the residents. They have an online portal for paying rent and request maintenance which makes it very convenient. Nice people, nice place.

Boca arbor club is great for the most part. My wife and I live in one of their 1 bedroom 2 bath loft units. It feels spacious but the open loft causes it to get hot upstairs. The a/c units are small and don't cool the apartment properly. The washer and dryer are also on the smaller side tucked into the downstairs bathroom. there isn't too much closet space or storage for the size of the house. the community is very well landscaped and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. Nice pool with very friendly staff. Close to Howard's market and outback statehouse. Not far from the beach. It does have plenty of guest parking also.

The complex is in a great location near restaurants, Malls, Approx. 5 miles to beach. They just upgraded the pool area with all new lounge chairs and tables. It is pet friendly and community oriented with several events to help bring people feel welcome. The staff is very helpful, Maintenance will do whatever they can to fix issues and make you feel comfortable.
