Boca Bend Marina

If you are a boater, this is a great spot! Our property manager Bella, has made many improvements over the last couples years.

This is the apartment people dream of. I LOVE this place so much. Right when i moved in it was clean and amazing. The renovations they did are absolutely gorgeous. My favorite part is that you can walk along the marina. It has a nice breeze due to the water being right there so it’s nice on a hot day. The pool is amazing also with nice shaded areas to sit. The property manager Bella runs a tight ship here so you won’t have any problems either. Maintenance comes immediately when you have a problem. Excellent management!! Very nice people too have not had any problems!

It has been an elite and awesome experience at boca Bend marina. From the location, to the amazing staff such as Bella for being so helpful and kind on overall experience. Her knowledge as well as professionalism was very much appreciated and should be noted as top tier customer service. Any body looking to move into an amazing Community with great views and ambiance should look no further then boca bend marina.

I’ve Been at Boca bend for a little over a year now and have no plans on moving any time soon. The apartment is beautiful and Bella is awesome and takes care of any problems you have immediately. The move in process was quick and painless. Highly recommend!

I have lived at the Boca Bend apartments for 10 years and have seen the property update over the years. The apartments are newly renovated. Maintenance and Property Manager Bella is always attentive and quick to respond to any issues. I would highly recommend putting these apartments on your list. It is conveniently located very close to Mizner and downtown area, and easy to get to 95. In my opinion the perfect location for Boca.

I moved in today and felt compelled to share my great experience. I had to find a place on a short notice and after looking at 6 different complexes in the Area, I fell in love with the Boca Bend Marina’s amazing location. I reached out to Bella, the property manager, and she was very accommodating and communicative through the process and meeting up my deadlines. She made this experience easier than a walk in the park and I’m extremely grateful for having her support now and while I reside here.

Very hardworking and accommodating staff. Bella is quick to reply and find solutions to problems immediately. My ac had stopped working late in the afternoon and she got someone to come and fix it immediately. Very happy with the boca bend complex.

Going on 3 years and it just feels like home with a touch of vacation. Not only does the water view have a relaxing atmosphere but the light that reflex off the surface fills my apt with light. Spacious and maintained beautifully by our property manager, Bella. Ever since she came to us two years ago, she used her sophisticated style and glam to upgrade our community. She also took extra measures to secure the community and she is always a text away for for all of her tenants. With her touch these apt have become the hidden gem of Boca.

I was so amazed when visiting Boca Bend apartments. I had been to so many other complexes in the area that were small, outdated, and expensive. Boca Bend fit my budget and was pristine. I had only four days to move out of my old place and the complex manager, Bella, had the maintenance crew work around the clock to have the apartment ready for me in time. Bella and the entire staff were amazing to work with. I highly recommend this community.

We LOVE the Boca Bend Marina and need to give a huge shout-out to Bella, our property manager. My husband and I just renewed our lease and are heading into our 5th year here at ‘The Bend.’ Our experience over the past 4 years has exceeded our expectations as Florida newcomers from south Jersey. We rent a 2-bedroom apartment with stunning water views. An amazing perk is that the Boca Bend Marina has a true community vibe; we have amazing neighbors, many of whom have become dear friends and family. It is a beautiful property to take a walk and soak in the nature of our surroundings, plus we enjoy the pool often. Easy access for paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating – it is right on the canal! Since our arrival, we have had 3 different property managers. Bella joined The Bend last year and she is a Godsend. Her work ethic is a breath of fresh air, and frankly I do not want to imagine this community without her. If we have an issue (large or small) Bella jumps right on it. Literally, in the moment. She recently updated our kitchen as part of her initiative to modernize all units. What a joy! Bella is continuously working to make the Boca Bend Marina a better, safer, and more beautiful place to live and enjoy the south Florida lifestyle. We are so lucky we found’ The Bend’ and take time every day to be grateful for this hidden gem in southeast Boca Raton. Highly recommend!!!

As a very long time resident I am compelled to provide feedback about living in the "Bend". I've witnessed the transformation of an average living experience to an extremely pleasant and modern one. A vast array of improvements have occurred over my 18 years here that there are too many to list. I am sure that it was no easy feat for our current property manager to convince the ownership to upgrade to the extent which has occurred during this challenging time.  Which leads us to our property manager Bella. She is very professional and goes to great lengths to make every aspect of living in this community as comfortable as possible. Any question will be answered and any problem will have a solution. Bella's work ethic and communication with residents is above and beyond. To sum it up, potential residents should seriously consider this location above most others.

This community has a great family atmosphere. Everyone so friendly. Bella the property manager is awesome. Always available to help you with any questions or concerns. Since she took over this property she has really transformed it with beautiful landscaping. Major apartment transformations. We were here 4 years and decided to move into one of her updated apartments and I couldn’t be happier! One of the only property managers we have met that strives to keep the residents happy in a comfortable living environment. I highly recommend checking out our relaxing waterfront community if you are looking to move.

I moved here a week ago, the place is very well kept, my unit was remodeled 8 months before me moving in. I like it so far, my only complaint is that is wasn’t painted before me moving in other than that i think it is a nice place. Some units are in nice spots with parks next to them. The maintenance comes right away and takes care of what needs to be fixed, which is very good.

I love this community! My apartment is beautiful and modern! Beautiful location overall. Property manager Bella is amazing, always attentive to her tenants and is super nice and reliable, Every time Bella is needed, she is there! Thank you!

I moved to Boca Bend Marina about 2 months ago. My whole process was very smooth. Bella, the manager, was to the point and professional, she cares about her tenants and the community she did everything she told me she would do in my unit, she is the best I recommend to anyone who lives here.

Recently moved in and you can’t beat the location. The neighborhood is quiet and I love living here. My unit is newly renovated and gorgeous! Bella, the manager, was great to work with and is easy to work with and stays in great communication!

We just moved in last week we love it so far! Bella is such a great property manager, she is definitely just a phone call away. She is quick with answering every questions and she does very well in her job. The apartment it self is amazing we got the upgraded unit which is absolutely beautiful! Thanks Bella for helping us out!

My husband and I were looking into this property mainly for the potentially boat storage. At first, I thought It would be a good fit but as we walked around the neighborhood I noticed the lack of attention to the property and maintenance (see image) and It would be safe to assume that the interior is treated the same. Could have been great but oh well! You get what you pay for with this one I guess.

The apartment complex is well-kept & water views are nice. The staff is friendly and extremely quick to respond to any issues. Had a problem with the AC & the entire unit was replaced within 24 hours! Great service! Lovely place to call home :)

I love Boca Bend Marina. It’s clean safe and fun community with awesome property management that get things done.The location is outstanding - 1.5 to the beach, school district is in 2 mile range as well as Boca Raton finest shopping and restaurants. I particularly love intracoastal view from my apartment and the boating activity. Neighbors are friendly and apartments are newly renovated. I recommend our community to new comers and those who are looking to improve their quality of stay in Boca!

Excellent Manager!! The place is just wonderful nothing but great vides this place gives. And the view outside is sure considering it.

I have been living here for 10 years and will recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe community, specially good for kids. The school bus for Boca Elementary comes inside the complex to pick up my children every day which makes it very convenient. I'm very happy living here. New manager Alejandra is making a lot of improvements to the building.

Love loving here! Great location and the more updated apartments are nice, However units are a little pricey for the current market, even for a a waterfront property rent keeps increasing. Marina needs attention, and there are very few usable slips currently and no electric. Depending on the building you are in, parking may be a problem if you want to park near your own unit, lots of visitors and non residence using the waterfront to fish or paddle board. Not all of the residents here feel it's necessary to clean up after their animals, even though there is ample facilities that make it really easy to do so. Tenants that have been there forever seem to get away with a lot more, and given more leeway with rent increases and unauthorized "add on's" Previous issues were not sorted out in a timely manner instead they used the cheapest, quickest solution, only solving the problem properly when it gets out of control. New property manager is now on board, seems to be more willing to help with issues and things seem to be getting done in a more professional way.

Realm Boca Raton is in a great location within walking distance to 24 hour pharmacies, three different grocery stores, and a local pizza restaurant. There is also great night life in Mizner park, which is only a few minute drive away. The buildings are recently renovated, but still very old. All new appliances, but old pipes in the building cause clogged drains and we even had one break. This caused dirty water to back up into our kitchen sink on several different occasions before they called a plumber. We eventually had to vacate for a week so they could tear up our floor to fix the main pipe that had deteriorated. Depending on what building you're located in and where in that building, your may have your windows rocked by all the trains on Dixie highway going by late at night. I moved to a different apartment after not being able to put up with it. Not all of the residents here feel it's necessary to clean up after their animals, and You definitely have to be understanding of your neighbor's dogs barking. Group laundry facilities usually work, but they use an ESD card that can only be refilled when the office is open. Not the best place I've ever lived, but not terrible. They are definitely clean, and I like the tile floors. I wish there wasn't carpeting in the bedroom. It's nice that you can pay your rent online, especially because my girlfriend and I split it. We had to deal with a small rat infestation at one point. They were in our attic, behind our dishwasher and under out kitchen sink. It took them about 2-3 weeks to finally get rid of all of them. Sometimes I still feel like there are still things living in the walls. This place looks really nice at first glance, but has some serious problems you don't find out about until you're already invested. Again, It's not a terrible place, I may have just had bad luck.

I liked this place , specifically on afternoon. The sunset is beautiful and tje people is friendly and they like out door activities. The ate pool is large ,clean and very comfortable with BBQ grill and cabana. The other good od thing is: small community. The kids has plenty place to play and tje nimals is welcome. Its really a good place to live!
