Property Ratings at Bogart Landing
My apartment smells like cigarette smoke because my neighbor constantly smokes with children inside. Management does nothing to enforce the “smell” clause in the lease even after calling ten times to complain. Don’t live here
I would give this 0 stars if it were possible. Before we moved in we were told that they would clean the carpets before we moved in.. WRONG when I first moved in I found sewing needles IN the carpet and their were stains EVERYWHERE. When we moved out, we didnt get a cent of our deposit back and they called us to tell us we owed THEM money... claims they cleaned our place for 9 hours when we cleaned for DAYS before we moved out. We got blamed for every stain that was there before we moved in and they told us they had to replace the carpet in the entire apartment... cmon now
Do not rent an apartment at Bogart Landing!!! They do not take care of their tenants the way they should. We lived here for over 2 years and had 2 cases mice, ants crawling up through the carpet every spring and summer, terrible cigarette smoke coming through the vent from the tenant behind us, badly stained and burned carpet that should have been replaced, and the place was FILTHY upon move in. I spent 3 days cleaning our apartment when we moved out, to the point a new tenant could move in the next day and every penny was kept from my deposit. I have rented from higher end apartments and have received my full deposit back. These people are scammers!!! They pay "someone" $35/hr to clean and $55/hr to install new mini blinds, all of which comes out of your deposit. They will charge you for normal ware and tear. If you ever have issues whole living here you are told by the "property manager" Sue, to handle it yourself.
We recently rented a 3 bedroom apartment in Bogarts Landing for our family of 5. It's a great, quiet, safe, gated community that is perfect for families. Close to shopping, restaurants and Cedar Point! Friendly management, well kept grounds and a great pool with a pond view!
Very quiet and nice conplex. All apartments are single story and have a garage. The management is outstanding and the grounds are well kept. Swimming pool and a large pond for fishing. Close to the turnpike for easy transport towards Toledo or Cleveland. Great price for the area and a great place to raise the family.
