Property Ratings at Bogen Lofts
I took a tour here and was blown away. The place was spotless and the customer service was tier 1. I toured with Felecia and had a ton of questions and she answered each one so thoroughly and with a smile. I’m putting in an application today!
We lived in the Bogen from August 2015 to July 2016. During that time we frequently commented that we loved our apartment but hated the building. The upstairs dog walk area sounds like a nice amenity and probably would be if they hadn't placed it next to the air intakes for the HVAC system of the entire building. So the hallways all end up smelling like urine. When you could get a maintenance guy in your apartment they were always friendly, but there seems to be too few of them for a building of this size. Maintenance requests could go several weeks before someone would come around. This was compounded by the fact that the office staff is never in the office and don't return phone calls. We've been waiting 3 months for our security deposit and when I do call I get the same line everytime, "We'll look into that and call you back". I wait a few weeks with no call back and then try again. We were never late on the rent and left the apartment cleaner than when we moved in.
