Incredible lack of communication. It is impossible to get anything done here. If you want to deal with this kind of stress for a year, this is the perfect place for you. Also, have random people walking through the complex...
We have lived here less than a month and they were trying to evict us within the first 2 weeks. The first 2 nights we got "complaints" for: 1) Talking too loud 2) Laughing too loud During our time here, we've seen about 10-15 people move out and most of them were being evicted over some lies. We got a letter from their lawyer saying we were "partying and playing loud music" on day 1, when we didn't have internet or TV to even be able to do so. They appear to be evicting people just to take their security deposits for their "coming" renovation of the outdated place which is out of compliance in multiple areas. We have even talked to our neighbors who said they don't have problems with us. Stay away at all costs and if you do move here and have a 1-year lease and they try to evict you, get a lawyer. They file all of the wrong forms and believe they're higher than the law. If you're month to month, be ready to move out quick.
Do not rent at the Sea Spray Apartments. There has been so many changes. The owners are liars and they don't return security deposit. Owners are so fake. They act like they actually care for tenants then they evict you for no reason. Units are cheaply remodel. The exterior of the building is old and looks really bad. Railing are falling apart very dangerous. They hate kids. I'm embarrassed to have guest over. There is trash everywhere. New manager is rude, not friendly at all. He's never around especially when there's an emergency. I accidentally locked myself out my apartment. It was 7 pm when I called manager, he finally arrived 2 hours later. I had roaches in my unit and owner said they would take care of it, then they sent me the bill for exterminator. Even if I was desperate I wouldn't rent here.
My husband and I had a great experience at the SeaSpray Apartments. The manager(Socorro) is great. She is always available in case you need anything. If there's ever a issue in the unit,she takes care of it right away. Owners are awesome. The owners have evicted people but only after enough warnings and for a good reason. As for the property, it's a work in progress. Owners are working on remodeling units first then they will work on the exterior. It's a quiet building. No one is in your business. So if you are looking to find some peace rent at the Sea Spray Apartments.
Owner and Landlord are infamous for evicting tenants after 6 months to one year of month-to-month renting -often without reason or cause. Hence the "month-to-month" leasing terms. More often than not, the building is unkept and dirty. The building has one area for trash which is usually overflowing onto the parking garage floor days before the trash collector comes for pick up. The pool is not heated -though the ad states that it is (year-round). The manager is very difficult to get in touch with for any issues or repairs. If something in your unit is not working properly, you may want to fix it yourself. The units are beautiful inside but having guests over is embarrassing when they see the rest of the building. If you do rent here, start saving for the day you're asked to move out.

As the owners, our primary concern is for the safety and well-being of our tenants. We have numerous tenants that have lived in our building for 5, 10 and even over 20 years. Tenancies are both month to month and 1 year lease options, but the majority of tenants are on a month to month lease. The apartment complex is comprised of primarily working professionals. This is a quiet, tranquil and serene property, so if you are looking for a party building, this is not the place for you. At the time of leasing, tenants are given Addendums of the Building’s Rules and Regulations. The owners/manager reviews and discusses the expectations of all tenants. Addendums are signed by both landlord and tenant. If a tenant violates these rules, they are given warnings. We value our tenants, but if a tenant chooses not to comply, and continues to be disruptive or disrespectful to their neighbors, we are left with no option, but to kindly ask that they seek residence elsewhere. We want everyone to enjoy our building, but be respectful of their neighbor’s in the process.
