Worst place to live.

i would give them zero star, This guys are worthless, rude, taking their time to respond to complains, building are in poor condition, a disaster, very old you can hear everything from your neighbor on the phone, taking shower, washing dishes, washing their hands, flashing the toilet, vacuuming etc. This place is a nightmare. Not to mention the raising rent every year, last year they tripled that amount, they don't care about covid19, or about you loosing your job or you having hard time to put food on the table. They don't deserve your hard working money, stay away from this place.

Unwilling to manage smoking neighbor issues

I have lived at Bon Air for 14 plus years. They continue to be a good value, but management has gone very downhill in past 2 years...They have never responded to my complaints both in writing and verbally about smoking in and around building and they dont want to post signs regarding smoking or parking to guide people who have problems being considerate.
