Property Ratings at Bonanza Village
There is NO manager living on property anymore, there is NO 24 hr Security that is mentioned on the website and posted on the office door. Had no idea Bonanza Village even has a manager, this person has yet to be seen on property, has no idea what is going on in this park, the residents are running this park NOT the manager. NO rules are enforced or being followed. Outside trash is being dumped on this property due to having the back gate left opened. Random people are roaming the park at night NO Security to call or seen. NO idea were the lot rent money is going to NOT back into this park that's for sure maybe in the mangers pocket who knows. Corporate Office is a joke no calls returned they don't care about this park and the issues that are happening here no wonder they have a 1 star rating for a management company. You put a lip stick on a pig, it's still a pig this is what Bonanza Village is.
If you love being in a 100 degree home or meth head traffic this is the place for you If you have kids or are elder it's a bad place It's been 2 months going for 3 months that my a.c. dose not get fixed I have a 1 yr old baby and it gets 100 degrees inside everyday I've already called 6 times my wife 3 times to fix the a.c. they send a big man after 2 or 3 days he shows up at 8pm when its no longer 120 outside dose nothing stands there looks at and then will blame it on you about the filter you use He leaves I Call again call again after 4 days of calling he drives around every hour to see if you have left i see his van drive by every hour once you can't stand the heat of 100 with your kids I leave then he will show up and leave a card on your door and don't answer his phone Apart from this there are 2 big meth houses with drug addicts walking in and out those houses 24-7 like a store They walk threw your yard looking for things to steal everyday you will see a new meth head or a meth head carrying something he just stole from someones car or yard
They are nice to you when you moved in, and once you moved in with a year contract. Melissa at the office property staff is very unprofessional when you have question regards to your year end contract agreement. If you see an available other units and see if you could be relocated and signed another lease of extension of lease agreement. I found my other next unit available on my 10th months agreement and ask whether I could moved by signing another 14 months lease agreement prior my lease agreement. This is what you will hear from unbelievable no experience customer services. No, it's not available to you, and don't have any. Your lease is a lease. They are lack of courtesy and very unprofessional. I would be please to hear. We don't have any units at the moment, but will kept you inform as soon as there will be available. Or perhaps, I will check with the property management team and will get back with you as soon as I hear from them. Melissa has no common sense with their customer. I had a neighbor next to me and it happens someone else pit bull dog jump over the fence. They called and spoke to the same very unprofessional office team member by saying. What do you want me to do? It's your neighbor and there's nothing I could do to help. Sure does, speak to dog owner, and mentioned that their dog jump on someone fence.. Maybe that dog owner could lease his dog from preventing from such incident and making sure that dog would not bite other children in the neighborhood. I am sorry. I personally think that their office staff needs to go back to basic customer service courtesy care core training. And learned the basic rules that you take care of customers and the customers will take care of your establishment. Or it's the other way around. You are in a line of work because of whom you know such as friends or acquaintances'. My reviews... I don't have any other problems on the units. I will give 1 star to the Office Staff, Melissa. Perhaps, maybe someday after you undergo some of the basic training and value your tenant customers then this property will get a higher rating.
My apartment is great it a little pricy I don't make enought to keep it I have a 2 year old and am pregnant thank you so much
