Very difficult to understand the owner and lady on phone

Tried to get availability and pricing for 2438 N Kedzie. The lady answering the office phone gave me one price and the owner, Chocho gave me a different price. I asked to see the studio and he gave me a different address to go to. So I didn't go. It didn't make sense. Very difficult to understand both people. The said there wouldn't be a lease agreement, just month to month.

Horrible

I talked to a gentleman who told me to call this lady and she was very rude. Yelling at me and said she can't help me only the guy I talked to originally could! The listing says 1 bedroom and she said they don't have 1 bedrooms only studios.

Bad service

This woman is unprofessional, and rude, she didn't remember my appointment. On top of that she screams on my, what do I suspect in the future. Not good that all

Poor service

I called to get information about this apartment and the lady was very rude. She didn't let me speak, told me to call the next day and then hung up on me.

Contacted them

I contaced them about getting an appartment and the lady was very rude you could not understand what she was saying and when you would ask her to say it again she was very rude!! This establishment is very bad in my standards of customer service and I'm very dissatisfied.
