Property Ratings at Bonterra Parc
None of the anemities work. The gates stopped working in September 2022 and were left wide open for about 11 months, allowing anyone to come into the complex. The community also advertises a dog wash station that is always broken. Residents don't pick up after their dogs. The hallway floors are stained and the community refuses to paint them (the wonderful maintenence men pressure wash them but it does not fix the problem). The worst part and our tipping point is corperate. We had peaceful neighbors until recently. We have communicated with the office via email, phone calls, and in person visits multiple times a week for over a month with proof and documentation of noise violations. The front office has tried to help but corperate refuses to acknowledge their communications. If you have any issues, they won't be solved!

Do not rent here. The floors are paper thin and you will hear everything from the unit above you unless you are on the top floor. You will hear others using the bathroom,snoring, every step they take etc. It is awful! Most of all management makes it a terrible place to live & will nickle and dime you for every fee they can. Put a trash bag out by your door even at the same time the service is coming through without a can and you better bet they will be there to charge you another $100 fee. Trust me the complaints are endless. Better to go elsewhere.

Almost 4 years at this complex Looks good superficially, but upkeep is deplorable Management was completely inadequate Looks for ways to not return security deposit Office staff is inept I will try to find every possible platform to discourage potential tenants Totally overpriced.. forget about gated community..gates only were operational 50% of the time Dirty Landscaping was never tended to Pet size limits were never enforced 40-60 # dogs No one ever cleaned up after the pets Save your money..all a smoke and mirror operation Don’t fall asleep for it

On the day of my move out I was informed they misplaced it and had to compete another form. I thought...no problem. I was just informed that Bonterra Park is trying to file collections against me for $1166.00 when they failed to keep track of my original notice to vacate. They are trying to charge me for their misfiling. This is extremely unprofessional and can’t believe they are trying to collect from me! All I can say is that my colleague moved out because of poor customer service from them and at first I thought he was mistaken. I clearly see why he left. I hope that people read this because this apartment is horrible and can’t believe they treat their former tenants this way! Again, avoid this apartment at all cost. I definitely will make sure to complete more surveys through all venues available.

So I'm about to enter my 3rd year here and couldn't be any happier. First let's start with the looks. The grounds are kept well and the look of the place is very modern. The maintenance staff is quite friendly and are always going about taking care of things. I've always had a great relationship with the front office and I've never felt any lack of communication. They have had some really great community events and the staff is engaging and professional. Sure no place is perfect but my biggest complaints aren't necessarily going to be ones that bother most people. My complaint you ask? Well I have a low sports car and after they put in concrete speed bumps it minimized my access to certain areas and to parking. It was annoying the first 3 months but I've worked out a system for now and I've gotten used to it. The apartments are quite beautiful and I'm always complimented on it by everyone that visit. I suggest you ask questions about fees/charges etc so you aren't surprised by anything. Like most places they have rules etc but they aren't anything like some of the rules in some of my friends complexes. I look forward to another wonderful year here as a resident.

Would never recommend. I moved in to this place and it was filthy. There were black hairs all over the appliances. I found hair balls in the dishwasher, washing machines and dryer. The dishwasher did not work and maintenance never came to fix it. Further more the bathroom tubs looked like they had never been cleaned from the previous tenant. I discussed this with the office and it took them two months to clean. The assistant who leased my apartment did not even follow up with me the second after I signed the lease. The office was extremely uninformed and unhelpful. There’s a dog park but no one uses it and dogs poop all over the sidewalks. There are plenty of other nice places to live in Wesley chapel.
